Excellent location.Nice "junior suite" on the top floor with nice views from the skylight and sauna in the bathroom. Spacious.Nicely decorated.Good wifi connection.Minibar fully replenished at reasonable prices. Linen were fresh and crisp.Room temperature warm and dry.Cosy ambient. Extra towels and toilet paper provided as requested and no undesired housekeeping.They respect your privacy at Rixwell and provide room service only when you expressively ask for it.

There have been some fire alarms going on for no reason.I hope that they fixed this issue. Apart from that , maybe the mattress could have been a little firmer but that's OK. At the cafe downstairs always ask for prices first. They charged me 8 euros for an orange juice.

Hotel was in a very good location. Room size was good, especially the bathroom which had a bid shower and lot of space. The breakfast was great, offering many options.

Beds was small (twin beds room) and a bit uncomfortable. There was an odd smell (like fishy smell) in the lobby. Not sure what might be but it was annoying.

The staff is friendly. There is a cafeteria in the hotel which is quite good. They also have saua available, but we didn't have time to check it out. Location is very central. You can park at the premise.

But the hotel is not reachable by car without additional instructions. Although I specified I would arrive by car the hotel did not provide sufficient directions to reach it. After we parked elsewhere and found the hotel on foot, we were able to get the instructions to reach it by car (go via Kanuti and then Vene to Muurivahe Tanav. At the edge of the pedestrian district is the hotel. Don't drive to Viru, because it is pedestrian zone.

Location Location and once again location is great!!! Room is good as well, I guess the yard side rooms are better as they have view.

Well, rooms on the cecond floor are over the restaurant, whcih meant that all the music, all th rush was audible as is you vere in the restaurant and the restaurant music was with you all the time. Good that after 11 you have some relief bit still too noisy from downstairs. Also especially on friday evening some durnker guys were shouting and screaming in the yard, as the hotel is quite centrally located, it is the obvious that somee drunken persons might be arguing under your windows late in the night. It were nice if the celaning were better too, unfortunately I found black hairs in the towels and bed.

Very central location on the front edge of old town just next of Viru Street. Perhaps the location was the most best thing with my visit at this time. Breakfast was comprehensive and made the morning start very well, breakfast room could be more cosy, but not the issue. Not the most crowded, which made check-in and check-out very fast.

Had quite late arrival, and when stepped in, there was nobody. Tired and willing to hit bed, I needed to look for receptionist, called the hotel number without answer, it was a bit frustrating to wonder and think if there is even anybody as there was no "I'll be back message" no the desk. After 10 mins I got check-in, and it went fast and same with check out.

Room was spacious and bathroom as well. In this room is plenty space where you can put your stuff. Location of this hotel is super nice, everything is closed and you can everywhere quickly :) Receptionists were very polite, friendly and smiling. For breakfast there is a great selection of everything you need for breakfast (cheese, bakery, vegetable, musli, juices, ...). Really nice range of food. Also prices in minibar are ok.

Bed is little bit softer than expected. Just a small note - it would be nice, if there was more bathroom hook or hangers in wardrobe. It was a pity we were in 3rd floor, higher floors have nicer view for some monuments :) Recommended!

the hotel is really beautiful, stuff is exceptionally professional. my room was standing with a breathtaking view, plus a sauna in my room was a nice surprise. the bed is very comfortable, I enjoyed my sleep and silence. the restaurant in the hotel is just you need for dinner if you want to experience beautiful flavors, plus t if you wanna try one of the best pastries of the world you should try the cafe which is right next to the restaurant. location is just perfect it’s in old town and everything is reachable by walking. I will definitely go back.

Location was amazing, in old town but still close to Viru Keskus as well. Superior room was not so big but it was nice and had a small seating area. Bathroom was very nice and spacious, it had a wide countertop with a sink and big bath. Bed was cozy and soft. Room was quiet, on 5th floor. There was no noise from the streets as the window was facing hotel's courtyard/parking area. From the window there was a nice view of the rooftops of Tallinn. Staff was friendly. Breakfast offering was a bit on the smaller side but still had everything you need. Highly recommend, great value for money!

The hotel is in downtown Tallinn. Maybe is the closest to the Town Hall. In any case, is so close you walk less than 5 minutes to arrive there. Also, very important, the most famous medieval restaurants (Olde Hansa and Peppersack) are less than 2 minutes away. Hotel have a parking place, one of the very few in downtown. Very good cafeteria beside the hotel.

On Fridays and Saturdays the Viru street can be noisy, if your room have windows in that direction. Entrance to the hotel is not difficult to find, but is not very visible at first.

We were originally given a standard room with no view, awful smell, water damage and some safety issues. After pointing out the faults, they upgraded us to a fantastic superior room with a beautiful view and no safety or water damage issues. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay special!

The original room had too many faults and the coffee machine was not functioning at breakfast. However, they fixed both issues, so no complaints.
