The best stay I probably ever had. The employees were very professional and someone even knew a bit of german. Room was clean and big (32qm2) Breakfast also has vegan options and the SPA is open for everyone. Perfect stay, would come back again. Also the best looking hotel from all Hiltons. The view was amazind and beside the Spa you can also bath in your room even in a normal room, not just a Suite.

Only little downside: The TV does not support Chromecast for YouTube or Netflix, I hope they get upgraded. And also why is bottled water in the breakfast free but not in the rooms?

We loved our room and especially, the view. Everything was comfortable and nice. All in all we had a great stay and were happy with the choice of hotel. The breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of choices.

Whereas some of the staff members are nice and kind, some unfortunately are not. It is not to say that they don't do their job correctly, but you kind of have a feeling that you are bothering them and they are not really happy to help you. This issue with lack of friendliness in service though seems kind of a general issue in Estonia, but you would expect a higher level in a hotel like Hilton. However, i would really like to say that there are exceptions to this rule. The man, who checked us in, was friendly, professional and made us feel welcome. Also, a blond waitress at the breakfast was very sweet and kind.

Amazing staff. So good breakfast, you can let them make fresh omlette with ingredients you choose. Also the view is amazing. Spa is small, but there is everything you need. So, it is a great bonus! And what my friend told me - no screaming kids around. :D Also, location is perfect - you can walk anywhere you want from there. It isn't my first stay here, but this time I found out that they have special table at the lobby for takeaway food - great solution, so wolt and bolt guys don't have to walk around the hotel and find the right person or wait too long. :)

The hotel is definitely very good. The room was spacious and clean. They provide Evelyn&Crabtree cosmetics in the bathroom. The breakfast was five-star. The spa was premium.

I do not like the general politics of Hilton - preauthorizing money on card, including the safety deposit of 50EUR. Also the spa opening hours are 9:30 -13:00, 17-21:00. And its is not comfortable - you can not swim before breakfast. The TV channels could be optimized - no music or cartoons available.

Nice SPA facilities including swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Towels and robes are complimentary, in April it was not crowded at all. Water in swimming pool was a bit cold. Room was nice, spacious, clean. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Nice steak restaurant, a bit pricey though.

20 min to the old town. We stayed there in April, had still winter temperatures so it was a long walk for us. In good weather could probably cycle or rent an e scooter.

The room was spacious, the view was great, large window. Clean. Service!! Wonderful and friendly staff, Child friendly Free mocktails for children were appreciated! Swimsuit dryer. Shower and tub in the bathroom

Breakfast was good, not worth the price though. The hard beds were a nono The Bethroom and the toilet had no privacy whatsoever. No locks and no main door to close the whole area. Considering the smell sometimes....

Breakfast was good, the bar was great with great service as well as drink selection including teas.

The room service pizza was a terrible takeout brought with cutlery in a cardboard box. Could’ve been better advertised so I could’ve avoided that

This hotel was superb. The staff were friendly, the facilities were spot on and the access to everything was good. I have a new found love for Hilton after our stay here and highly recommend this hotel if staying there. I recommend getting an 11th-level room to enable the use of the executive lounge. Be sure to use the pool and bar.

15-minute walk to the old town centre but walking is good for you and its a nice walk in the snow :)

laundry service delivery was quoted as being external to hotel service and 2 days, delivered same day as requested. top marks

was unable to leave room until after 6pm then there was no cleaning service to redo my room. A frequent travelers hotel room is his base camp away from office and home, unacceptable that there was no one to make the bed and clean the bathroom after 6pm. Also breakfast room manager with menacing look, a welcoming smile in the morning is always a plus.: kicked us out of breakfast at 10.30 am sharp
