The view was great, comfy bed, very good shower, wifi strong and plenty of tv stations. The bar ok the 30th floor is really good and has a cigar room where you can smoke and drink a coktail.

For my surprise, staff was not that friendly - only one actually smiled and talked to us like we were guests, not robots or somebody that owes them money. The room was not as big as we thought. Some of the features in the room - lamp, powerbank - were not working.

Modern skyscraper hotel in the center of Tallinn. Large room on the 29th floor opens up wonderful view of harbor and sea. Good quality king size bed, espresso machine and kettle. SPA area with large pool and 2 types of saunas, I did not find jacuzzi. Well-equipped fitness room. Restaurant and bar on the 30th floor offers view of Tallinn at night. The prices of the restaurant correspond to 5-star hotel, service is perfect. Underground car park is located across the street in Europark property, but conveniently connected to underground corridor and elevator. Parking costs 20 euros for 24 hours. Pleasant welcome surprise gift from the hotel manager in the form of a fruit plate.

Unfortunately, there is only water in minibar, no sweets or other drinks.

The room was huge, we were on 25th floor and the view was just out of this world fascinating. The beds were very comfortable, the room came with both the bathtub and the shower - class. The slippers, the bathrobes were Provided which is a nice touch, as well as the iron along with the iron board. As we stated for our wedding weekend, we were given also compliments from the hotel which was very nice of them. The breakfast section and the food was also amazing, we were well taken care of. The staff was friendly and chatty. Honestly, perfect place for staying in Tallinn

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standards considering the price. The table in the room was dirty and there was a lot of dust on the surfaces. No dedicated parking for guest is a bit of disadvantage of the hotel. You can park your car at the external parking provider for a fee.

Check in/out time was too long. Everything else worked like it should be. Roof top bar was excellent and rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was level average.

Overall the hotel is located well. Rooms has beautifull views as it is tall building. Rooms are well furnished, they have great beds and pillows. Though it feels dated and that rooms lack renovation. Breakfast aswell is good, we enjoyed it.

The employees at the reception ruin all the expierience. At arrival there were three employees ar reception and like 4-5 guests waiting. Employees working super slow. The young man was almost rude, body language showed that he is at high stress even though there were only few customers at the desk. The same happened when we checked out. Weak front desk seevice level. Worst out of Tallinn 5star hotels i have visited.

The hotel is extraordinary. It has a central location, it’s very clean and probably has the best conditions for this price. As a family with kids, it met every requirement that we had

During our stay there was an event at the hotel that put extra security measures. As a customer, having security guards and police all around and inside the hotel caused discomfort. We had to go through xray everytime we entered the hotel. In addition, they did not let the taxis in, therefore we had to carry our luggages to the main road.

A spacious room and comfortable, wide bed. A big shoutout to Iryna and Kristina (reception and bar), who were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spa area has a steam room that was unfortunately under maintenance, but since we live in Finland we were looking forward to it more than the traditional dry sauna. However, the customer service and the relaxation area were great. Will definitely return next time!

The hotel is awesome and its SPA is amazing ! Even clients from nearby Radisson were coming to Swissotel to test the SPA. We had a chance to be welcomed by Violeta, who is an amazing person. She gave us the room on the highest floor, we had an awesome view, it was beautiful ! The bed was so comfortable, I slept very well. The bathroom was spacious, clean, with a shower and a bathtub. We absolutely enjoyed the SPA, it's a must in this hotel ! We had a choice between dry room, quite traditional, oriental hammam and the pool. I've planned to go to the beautiful gym, but 10 km per day in Tallinn was enough for me. The Horizon Restaurant is absolutely perfect, dishes were delicious and we loved all taste associations. The hotel is situated 10 mn by car from the airport, 20 mn walk from ferry port and 15 mn walk from the Old Town of Tallinn. I think it's the best location to visit Tallinn, with a quick stop in Helsinki. I really loved my stay in Swissotel, it was a wonderful week.

Wonderful spacious room. Excellent breakfast. V comfortable bed. Hotel is next door to Tallinn’s top department store.

There were no nearby restaurants. It was at least a 10 minute walk to the Old Town where all the restaurants are. There was no atmosphere in the hotel. It felt v much like a business hotel.

Top floor Sky view, we had reservation at 21.00(window seat). We sat down, got our seats. Few moments later, the "Manager" woman who were in charge the 24/6-2022 extremely unproffessional, do not know how to solve nor communicate. She told us that we "made up our reservation" and that the seats are reserved for somebody else, and then her way of solving it was to try remove us. I felt unwelcomed. So advice for all who wants to stay on Sky bar with a sunset view, if you make a reservation make sure to get a written confirmation, cause the most special experience is the window seat and to be able to witness the beautiful sunset over Tallinn and the baltic sea.
