I stayed in this hotel for ten days. Here are the positives: - very central (10min walk to the old town) - the SPA area is very well cared for, and I was often alone there (!) - I took one of the cheapest rooms, but it was really comfortable - I haven't heard a noise from the neighbors in ten days, and everything's peaceful.
In ten days, here's what I didn't like: - I took a room with a bathtub. It was very spacious (!), but really not easy to get into. I don't recommend it for people with reduced mobility. - I didn't try the bar, but I hardly saw anyone there. And I found the atmosphere very cold. - the staff at reception are cold. But I think that's usual in Estonian shops.

- The SPA is not big, but very comfortable. No staff and easy access - Chocolate break from 5 to 6 is great. - The hotel is fresh, and so are the rooms. - Beautiful restaurant and breakfast space
- There is no door to the bathroom, instead there are sliding doors from the closet, they are not airtight and create discomfort. Bad design decision. My advice: replace the doors with regular ones. - Care products (soaps, lotions, gels) with an unusual smell. Most visitors will not like this smell. My advice: change your care products.

Cleanliness, breakfast, SPA access, and location.
Why tell guess that room is available for early check in and charge us extra, but per hour? Why are you charging your guess if the rooms are available? Also, my wife and I forgot to pack our toothbrush. We were charged per dental kit. Isn't this a luxury hotel? Why are we being charged? If you're going to market the hotel as a luxury hotel, then go all the way and 'be' a luxury hotel with all the amenities. This charging nonsense for every little thing makes the hotel to be disingenuous and cheap.

Amazing good quality breakfast. The room is comfortable and excellent. The location exceeds expectations. Close to all the main places in Tallinn. The chocolate hour was a great bonus.
The design of a bathroom with a toilet (where a person can be seen) is not very intimate.

Everything was new and very clean. We also really liked the interior - especially the bathroom was nicely done with brass details. Staff was very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the spa area as it has a nice selection of different pools and two saunas.
The spa area was quite full and restless in the evenings. There were kids jumping in to the pool, adults playing loud music from their own speaker and people talking really loudly. We went to the pool area after 7pm since after that kids are not allowed in the spa area, but there was a family with two small kids who wasn’t informed about this and refused to leave. Why are there spa rules if the hotell staff is not making sure they are followed? So if you are looking for a relaxing spa moment you should visit the spa early in the morning. Also the acoustics in the spa could be better.

- The room was incredibly comfortable with lovely beds (super warm!), comfortable sitting area, and tasteful decor. - The bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities, high quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Our only complaint from the entire stay was that the shower wouldn’t settle at a good temperature! - The hotel really stands out with its facilities. We spent time in the spa each day of our trip, which included complimentary towel service, a wonderful sauna, steam room, pool, heated sitting pool, and cold plunge. Chocolate hour each day was a highlight and spent sat infront of the gas fireplace in the cosy wine and tapas room. - Relatively good location, quiet neighbourhood and a short walk from a shopping centre, restaurants and the old town. Bus services direct to the airport are nearby (€2 pp cost, ~20 min journey w/ additional 5 min walk from bus stop to hotel) - Please include the breakfast with your booking! We are so glad that we opted for this option, the food was delicious and suited our dietary needs. - Welcoming and smiley staff perfected our stay! Overall would hugely recommend!!
Include some more fruit in the chocolate hour :)

Clean, stylish, suitable size hotel ( not too big). Quiet. Chokolate hour nice bonus.
Some quest walked into spa are with clothes on with sneakers to talk to his family-Big no no! The same family members teen age children splashed around the pool. No reaction from the stuff. Also the same family’s member came to breakfast dressed in hotel’s white bathing robe. I wish hotel would have some short of guideline/limit here. No pyjamas/No bathing robe on to the restaurant area. Also making reservation much simple via Booking.com than straight via Hotel’s site by e-mailing. Communication took way too long so we ended up using Booking instead, which we have used several earlier times we visited the hotel. Breakfast is ok and some new arrangements in breakfast ( restaurant) made after our last visit which made things work better. We’d like to see some renew in breakfast itself.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, showcasing a classic design that exudes elegance, breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering fresh and delicious options to start the day. While everything about the hotel was polished and comfortable, the overall style leaned a bit too classic- kitch'y for my personal preference. Those who enjoy a more modern or minimalist aesthetic might find it less aligned with their tastes. That said, it's a fantastic choice for travelers who appreciate timeless luxury and outstanding service. And parking is nearby on Livalia street, short walk from the hotel.
As breakfast is popular here, it was a bit too busy for Saturday morning.

- Size of the room (corner room) was really spacious and bright. Enough space for luggage (although not able to put suitcases side-by-side on the luggage bench) - Beds and pillows were very comfortable! - Nice shower (rain) and good drainage - Appreciated the heated towel rail in the bathroom (timer options available) - The free 'Chocolate Happy Hour' experience was an unexpected delight :) - Most of the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful
- The bar area didn't feel as welcoming (same sports channel on all the time) - Decor along corridors and room carpet was dark and not as relaxing. Odd choice of semi-translucent tinted glass on bathroom (opaque option for privacy would've been expected) - Whilst breakfast options were ok, I would have expected more choice for Movenpick (given its reputation). I was appalled to see that the same utensil was used for meat and vegetarian dishes, particularly at the omelette station. - Staff at breakfast were very disorganised and unwelcoming - further training on hospitality definitely required!

15 min walk to the old town. A very quiet location, you won’t be disturbed by traffic. The onsite parking is €30 per day, EuroPark EP48 parking is mins away and €16 per day. The building is relatively new, has a nice decor, and great soundproofing. Welcoming staff, always smiling. The relaxation area has a pool (30C) where two people can swim side by side, a hot bath (40C), a cold bath (10C), a sauna (95C), a steam room (60C). Some rooms have spa access included, otherwise there is a charge. If you like to wake up early then use the spa from 7am for a private session :). Breakfast has cold and hot dishes, plenty of options, absolutely amazing, definitely worth it! There is a chocolate hour between 5 and 6 pm, where you get free chocolate deserts.
I don’t understand why this hotel requires guests to fill out forms during the check-in when the information can be taken from booking.com booking itself. So the check-in is some what slow. The lobby uses an annoying air-freshener, it should be changed to something less strong and a more natural scent. The reception lights above reception are too bright. The restaurant ROOF which serves breakfast also serves dinner. The dinner menu looks sophisticated but the kitchen cannot deliver the desired level of quality. I would say drop the bar, offer something less sophisticated, cook it perfectly, and guests will not feel ripped off. The restaurant is empty in the evenings for a reason.
