Cleanliness, breakfast, SPA access, and location.

Why tell guess that room is available for early check in and charge us extra, but per hour? Why are you charging your guess if the rooms are available? Also, my wife and I forgot to pack our toothbrush. We were charged per dental kit. Isn't this a luxury hotel? Why are we being charged? If you're going to market the hotel as a luxury hotel, then go all the way and 'be' a luxury hotel with all the amenities. This charging nonsense for every little thing makes the hotel to be disingenuous and cheap.

Nicely built new hotel in the quiet location within 5 minutes walk from city center. The rooms' decor and amenities are very nice and useful, especially the bathroom, which is very spacious and well arranged. The built-in sauna inside the room is nice too.

The blankets' quality is very poor. This kind of quality just doesn't correspond to the hotel's level. Even if the breakfast location is spacious and beautiful (hotel's rooftops restaurant), the quality of food is really disappointing. No salmon present, which is quite strange for a Nordic country. The bakery is just awful, the cappuccino/latte from automatic machines is horrible.

Very nice hotel with pleasant fragrance and appropriate design for rooms and lobby. Great breakfast with many choices of cold and hot food, and some nice deserts. Good espresso/coffee machine. There is chance to sit outside on rooftop place during breakfast with fantastic roof view over city. Also what added additional appreciation about the place was Rituals shower gel/ shampoo and conditioner. Quality and smell of bathroom accessories were appropriate for this price category hotel. Multiple options for light scenes in the room which is part of experience of good hotel. Everything was fresh and without unpleasant surprises.

The hotel and room was very nice and peaceful. Breakfast was great too.

I didn't like the long line-up of about 20 minutes to check-in. When asked, I was told that there's also a way to do it online, but there wasn't any signs or instructions about it in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was very busy and there was a long line up to the water and juice machine which is terribly slow. The juice didn't taste very good. There should be drinking water available at breakfast without the need to line up. Other than this, the breakfast was really good and although it was busy, the lines weren't bad to get food.

nice new building with good finishes, warm and welcoming. breakfast was very well supplied and the room did not feel crowded even at full occupancy (also thanks to the waiters that manger the tables) the hotel is located in a good area, very silent at night even though not far by walk from the historical city Center

the spa area is not suitable for the hotel in full occupancy, especially when scores of guests can order drinks/alcool from the bar leaving the place in mess. otherwise the spa would be very enjoyable the main issue in our opinion was the service though, not up to a 4star superior standard: many little things lacking attention to details and making us feel like the staff, especially the reception’s, hasn’t being properly trained on meeting (forget exceeding) guests expectations.

The hotel is awesome, they even have the don’t disturb sign as a button by the door in the room. It’s close to everything, transportation, shops and restaurants. They have a spa area, I didn’t have time to use it because it was a short trip, but it’s nice to have that option. The breakfast area is nice, at the rooftop, so it makes for a really nice view. There are a lot of options, they even cook the eggs per request. The room was great, spacious and clean. The bathroom was good, a little weird with the toilet being so close to the door, but it was nice that it had a heated towel, which is great specially during the cold for cloves. They offered shower slippers and bath robes.

Great hotel.

The room was nice with all the basic amenities. The spa was really nice - especially on our first day, when we got to enjoy it almost by ourselves. Tried the cold-pool for the first time of my life! Breakfast was good, altough I would have hoped for more fresh fruits and fresh coffee (not from the mashine).

The bed was not very comfortable, I wish it would have been softer and somehow more luxurious… Our room was on the fifth floor and we heard quite a lot noise from upstairs, propably chairs and tables were moved in the restaurant. I did not like the synthetic feel of the wall-to-wall carpet.

Room was spacious, modern and clean. We enjoyed sauna in our room. Restaurant Roof has wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was good and we slso enjoyed dinner there one evening. Restaurant staff was welcoming and professional. Location was also very convenient.

There was an issue with our requested early check in a day before our trip. Employee replied to request saying they will arrange early check in for a fee, if we confirm when we will be arriving. I replied within 30 min of recieving the message and confirmed our arrival time at around 13:00 . When we arrived, there was no room ready since our request was not put forward in time. Staff apologised but it did not seem like they thought it was an issue at all. They put our luggage away and fave us a handful of chocolates and told us to come back in 2 hours. No other compensation was offered. We were left disappointed at first contact with facility. During our stay no further contact was made with reception staff and overall we enjoyed the hotel.

Staff are exceptional, very polite, friendly and always helpful. The meals were of a high quality and we were introduced to numerous Estonian dishes. The accommodation was excellent. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. We have stayed in many hotels in our trips around the world and the Hotel Lembitu would be one of the best that we have stayed in. The staff, location, food and cost all made it a wonderful stay with many happy memories for us.
