The room was nice and quiet, thou quite small. Free toiletries included only combined soap/shampoo, which was bad for hair (bring your own shampoo!). Breakfast had lots of options, and coffee/tea were available 24/7 at the reception. Public transport to the center (Viru keskus) leaves in front of the hotel and takes only few minutes, tram is walkable (7 minutes) which takes you to city center or to the airport.

Pillows were horrendous, hard as rock, totally unuseable! Bed was really hard (which I didn't mind, but my daughter did).

Very modern & clean hotel. Good continental breakfast. Free coffee for hotel guests, that was cool. I slept very well, beds are confortable. Quality/price ratio is very good. I will come back. For transports, an electric scooters station is at the bottom of the hotel, that helped a much.

The only thing is about localization : old city is about 15-20 minutes walk. Buses and Electric scooters are yet accessible. Btw, could it be possible to add some signals towards the hotel from Keskburg station ? That would be a great help for customers coming from Airport.

If you use public transport the location is excellent with several bus routes directly outside… even if you don’t, the walk to the two main malls was not too far. Supermarket is down the road as well. There was AC. The staff were friendly, the service was excellent and the breakfast was good. The late checkout was excellent!

The shower and generally tap water pressure was rather low. The walls are not that sound proof so you can hear music or tv in other rooms at night (although it could’ve been just one particular guest). Wifi was not password protected which meant I almost exclusively used cellular data (although it’s cheap in Estonia, Hotspots drain the battery). Most frustrating was the shelf directly above the bathroom sink with little clearance which made cleaning teeth and putting water on your face difficult.

I stayed at this hotel as a part of my Baltic tour. It is near the bus station and within short walking distance you can reach the charming old town with all of its attractions. In proximity of this hotel is also a nice park as well as a supermarket with good selection of products to choose from. My room was well equipped with nice decor and enough plugs for charging (also next to the bed). WiFi with strong signal. Bed very comfortable, so I had a good sleeping quality. My room as all other areas of this hotel were spotless clean. I had breakfast included and there was so much choice. Especially loved the tasty croissants and delicous pancakes that I used to eat with Nutella. The dining room was spacious and you could eat inside or outside. During the summer it is great to know, you have the opportunity to eat also outdoor. All staff friendly and professional. The blonde guy at the reception desk gave me good advice regarding transportation to the TV tower. He was really helpful and so patient with me. It was my first stay in Estonia and Tallinn and as I'm so impressed by the calm, natural and charming side of the capital, I am sure there will be a second visit in the near future. Once again, my first choice would definitely be Ibis Tallinn Center!

There wasn't really a thing I didn't like about my stay.

Economical option, friendly staff, very good breakfast, lovely shower, comfy bed. The location is great with at least 3 bus lines taking you to the bus station, which is also quite walkable if you are travelling light. A small rimi super market is nearby. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby you can take in your room! :)

The rooms have only the absolutely necessary things- this means there are precisely two bath towels and one smaller one. So you have to either ask for more, or choose if this small towel is for your hands/face, the floor as a mat or your hair if you wear it long. No bathroom amenities besides soap. There is a hairdryer though. No mini fridge.

Great choice in the center of Tallinn for the family of 3, and for reasonable price. Rooms are great, at least amongst best of all Ibis hotels where we have been to previously. Old town, Kadriorg, many restaurants, cafes and stores are within walking distance. Good underground parking for reasonable price.

Nothing special. Couple of bottles of water in the room would be great thing to have (yes, I know that unlimited tea/coffee is available at the lobby).

Location- close to bus station,airport and City-Center, cozy place, not big not small, little kids zone

No room service is a big disadvantage especially for those who arrive in a late evening. I was with two kids,we were after a long trip, deadly tired. I was dreaming of having dinner in a room and going to bed, but unfortunately, no room service made us go down stairs. In the restaurant were people eating but no people serving guests, so we had to go back to the bar and ask for the food. It was manageable but not what I was dreaming to have.

It was a really nice stop between our flights, close to the bus terminal and not far from the airport. I travelled with 3y and 5y old kids and it wasn't a problem at all. Breakfast was included and it was good. We had dinner there as well, paid separately. My kids and I adore the design of the restaurant and chillout zone, we took a lot of pictures as well) very instagrammable =)

I liked especially the cleanliness and the easy and affordable parking in the garage. Free coffee in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. Location is a bit aside from downtown but there was a bus stop right in front of the entrance and this provided an easy access to the city centrum. If you are proficient public transportation user, this hotel is the perfect choice for you. All in all, good quality and good value for money.

My room was quite small and had no desk. Room was good for sleeping but not perfect for working

Communication regarding an early check in was very good and actually, on arrival, I was allowed to check in super early, which I really appreciated, not because I wanted to use the room as I was heading for the train station to go to Narva for the day, a long day, but it was a really nice gesture, thank you. Another thing I liked was that there were plugs and a USB socket above the bed - a good touch. The bed was very comfy and the linen super clean and good quality. Great breakfast, the first hotel I have seen offering porridge for breakfast. Also, and the reason why I chose the Ibis, it is about a 5 minute walk to the bus/coach station. I have stayed in 6 hotels on this trip and the Ibis was only the second hotel to ask me on checking out if I enjoyed my stay. It maybe sounds a small thing but being asked seems a genuine gesture and I could genuinely say yes, I did - thank you.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but this was more than made up for by the free tea and coffee downstairs in the lobby, which again, was a nice touch
