Love Fiji, been there 6 or so times. Friendly & helpful staff Booked the Hilton Adult section so no noisy kids. Room had great bed & shower. Meals & drinks always excellent. Best for relaxing & chilling out.

Cold pools need some solar panels just to heat up a few degrees, worst tv ever, awful channels that didn't work properly need Netflix. Bula express buggy that takes you to reception/restaurants seem to be more hit & miss now. Hilton really needs upgrading like the Westin & Radisson are doing. Don't think we'll be back at the Hilton again.

Good breakfast, plenty of variety. Also plenty of choice for dining within the resort. Friendly and helpful staff Child free pool area and dining which is great for people who want a break from kids. Large well equipped rooms.

Beachfront room with porch had a great view and was as pictured on the website, restaurants were excellent, as was nightly restaurant entertainment. Huge resort with a long coastline and great views throughout, good resort amenities and facilities, including watersports and island charters available from the beachfront. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. In-room requests were responded to fairly promptly. Accommodated an earlier check-in, and had change/shower facilities at reception. Good in-room wi-fi. Close to Port Denarau for cruises and tours, and shopping/dining.

Room and porch furniture and upholstery had some visible wear and tear/stains. Some power outlets and the bathroom fan in the room weren't working, so we had to boil water for our tea with the kettle on the floor and after a shower it was better to ventilate the room by opening the porch sliding door for a few minutes, and have the ceiling fan on.

had a 1 bedroom garden view room. was very nice, clean and spacious. the staff were amazing. so attentive and really friendly. buffet breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of foods to choose from. Dining was good, Maravu was our favorite. incredible food. Wi-Fi was decent - able to stream movies and tv easily to devices.

rooms weren’t very sound proof. we were close to the lobby so there was lots of noise and some construction, even into the night. tvs were a bit old, so no apps for streaming services and couldn’t screen mirror from phone either.

The room was in a quiet section of the property which we liked, and of a generous size. All staff were very polite and friendly. Any requests were acted upon promptly. Would definitely recommend

The room was advertised as a garden view "which was a bit of a stretch", overlooking a fence and several water tanks, but I guess some rooms have to be at the end of the property, but perhaps it shouldn't have been advertised as such. The curtains required maintenance as part of them kept falling from the track and they didn't slide well. Doesn't sound like much but it was quite annoying each day.

We were extremely happy with the room. Having a separate bedroom made for a perfect stay. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was fantastic. The bathroom was great, no complaints at all. There were plenty of cupboards and drawers to store our stuff for our stay. The air conditioning was a treat. We had breakfast at Koro's each day. I have to say, paying the extra to include breakfast was the best thing we did. There was everything you could ask for available. The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. Always with a smile. A big shout out to Eva, she went above and beyond with her service to us for breakfast. An absolutely beautiful person. We ate mainly at the restaurants at the hotel, with no complaints at all. Nuku was our favorite, with such a broad menu. The staff there were great and very attentive. The Bula Bus was fantastic. Being such a large Resort, it is a rather long walk at times. We would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing was too hard for the staff, and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

We only have two complaints. The woman who worked at the ice cream hut outside the Nuku restaurant, she was so rude, what an awful person, we refused to purchase anything from her on principle. The woman who worked where we purchased our hop on hop off bus tickets to the marina, she was also very rude. It was not pleasant to deal with either of these women.

Most of the hotel suites face the sea with a lovely wide lawn inbetween. The view from them is stunning. The hotel suites are very comfortable, quite luxurious.

The restaurant cuisine was a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel kept running out of fresh coconut juice, which seems odd in a place with so many palms. Why not order a bigger stock? Neither the cocktails nor the fruit juices were fresh; they tasted artificial, chemical. We would have preferred freshly made cocktails without cocktail mix ingredients and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Loved the adults only restaurant !! It was at the opposite end of the complex to our unit but we loved the walk there and back too. There is a complimentary shuttle if the walk isn’t your idea of a good time. Restaurant staff were very attentive , menu selection was amazing ( and we’re healthy eaters) and meals were tasty and well presented. Our selection wasn’t available one night and for the inconvenience we were offered a complimentary glass of wine each, nice touch Hilton! Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and although we ate the same thing every morning the variety was huge and catered for every taste . The rooms were very clean and water and amenities were topped up daily. Reception and concierge staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Complimentary Wifi was only available at certain spots around the complex , but who really needs wifi everywhere when they’re on holiday!! All in all Hilton it’s a resounding YES from us

Honestly I cannot say there was anything we didn’t like.

The Hilton is located on the coastal side of Denaru island and has spectacular views of the ocean, islands, sunrise and sunset. It is a large resort spread over a distance with lots of rooms. There was plenty of room for everyone to explore is simply laze about. The pools were well maintained and thoroughly refreshing to use. The room is spacious, with great views from the balcony. I found the bed a little softer than I'm use to but others may like it. There are great dining options on the premises, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with an amazing ocean view. For lunch and dinner a hidden gem was the onsite deli, which made fantastic pizza and coffee. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Check-in could have been quicker. To get free Wi-Fi in your room you need to be a member of Hilton Honors and book through them. The price was a little high, but this is reflective of all resort prices in Fiji.

The welcoming when we first arrive was friendly, caring, heart warming! Our room overlooked the ocean - beautiful. Our very first meal was at 21:45 (on our arrival, and we were accommodated, wonderful!) and we enjoyed the special snapper at the Maravu Restaurant (all compliments to the chef and other restaurant staff!!). We had breakfast at both Nuku and Koro restaurant; it was superb; THANk YOU!! The Bula Express is a wonderful service, thank you!

The bath tap in room 406 is leaking and the toilet roll handle is wobbly. Apart from these 2 small technicalities there is nothing else that we feel needs your attention, thank you.
