The location was excellent, helpful staff and tour desk, kitchen set up was basic but good, and the bula bus was cheap and great to visit other resorts for a meal and drink.

The sliding glass door between bedroom and bathroom was random.

Everything was wonderful! Large, spacious apartment, wonderful bathroom. Washer and dryer. Friendly and attentive staff. Right across from the marina. Swimming area was perfect for a refreshing morning dip.

I honestly can't think of anything.

The location is perfect. A short walk across the road to the ferry terminal and small shopping center. The rooms are very spacious, bonus is the washer and dryer in each room. The hotel staff are always so warm and inviting, all wearing big smiles. The on-site cafe service wasn't the best on day 1 however they improved as our stay progressed. The kids loved the pool. Smoking friendly property, ashtrays supplied ok each deck table. Fully air-conditioned in the main living area as well as each room. We will definitely be back!

The apartments are in a great location across the road from Port Denarau where there are some shops, a small supermarket, bakery and a number of good eating places. The apartment was large and comfortable and even though we arrived mid morning and wern't due to book in until mid afternoon, the staff did everything possible to get us into the room early, it was very much appreciated after a bad overnight flight.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but forgivable knowing that the weather in Fiji is often rainy and it's hard to keep bathrooms spotless in that kind of environment.

The use of Fijian products in the bathrooms was a bonus and truly loved. Staff was great nothing to difficult to fix any problems. Location was good for the walk to the port and pick ups for tours. Apartment was huge and very comfortable for us 3 adults

The noise was an issue in both bedrooms the late check ins coming up in the lift and then the trolley of luggage and guests coming in late was noisy in the back bedroom. The noise from the front bedroom was early morning buses and traffic for the port so a good quiet rest was out of the question.

This was an overnight stay before we caught a boat out to Matamanoa Island. We arrivrd to a really warm and efficient welcome from the receptionist and security guard. We were 3 adult females and we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. They surprised us with an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely clean, very spacious and had wonderfully comfortable beds. They also had a laundry and full kitchen suitable for more long term stays. It was an easy and safe stroll across the road for dinner with the marina just a few minutes walk. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from, most popular ones down by the water. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Similarly, it was an easy walk to catch our boat the next day. We will definitely stay here again when we return. To all the team - vinaka vakalevu!

Nothing, it is perfect for our overnight stay on way to islands.

The room I was given was huge. Beds were comfortable and plenty of areas to sit. Bathrooms were large and the kitchen was set up nicely if I were to have stayed there longer to use it. The location was very convenient being just across the street from the port, making it easy for me to get dinner, shop, and catch the ferry the morning after my stay.

One of the sinks was clogged, but there was an entire second bathroom, so it had no impact on my comfort. There is a bit of traffic to and from the port starting early in the morning, but this would only be a problem for very light sleepers.

Located right at the port of Denarau so walking distance to cruises, shops and eateries. we had the 2 bedroom apt which was very large and comfortable, with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. We didn’t need the washing machine but having one available was a pleasant surprise. The room was immaculate and we’re definitely staying here again.

Having travelled extensively and stayed at many venues in Fiji, The Palms would have to rate very highly in terms of cleanliness, value for money and overall presentation. There is nothing I can think of that could improve this property.

Very roomy, 2 bedroom apartment-style hotel with plenty of kitchen ware, comfy beds and two showers. The reception staff was very kind, too! We didn't need the washer and dryer but it could be very handy. Great value for the area and price. Awesome location if you are coming or going to the islands; we literally walked across the street after our ferry at Port Denaru. The pool was small but we enjoyed cooling off, and the hotel was very accommodating & let us stay on property after our checkout, as we had a later flight home. Recommended

The couch could use a good cleaning

The room was huge! Had everything we needed. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

We paid up front months before our booking. When we checked in everything was fine and the receptionist said our multiple bookings were fully paid. When we checked out we were asked to pay additional as they had charged us the incorrect (lesser) amount months prior which is fine however it would have been nice to have been advised sooner via email about the short payment not when we are checking out.
