The room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast (included in our room rate) was exceptional value for money. The hotel is near Nadi International Airport ($8 by taxi).

Communication with regard to the airport shuttle timings. The staff who checked us in discussed our check-out time (11 a.m.) and were aware that we would be in the lobby by 10:30 a.m. However, they should have advised us that we would have to wait another half hour for the airport shuttle which apparently is hourly (on the hour). We ended up taking a taxi to the airport rather than sit in the heat for half an hour

The facilities are beautiful, the staff are the highlight of the stay.. superstars all of them. Made my stay awesome.

It's a shame that I have to mention this but for facilities and staff to be that great you guys need to serve better food.... if the food was better this place would be a 10/10., breakfast buffet and room service food disappointing.

Wifi was poor at times

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Catering by the head chef for family gatherings were excellent, great hospitality services. Average breakfast buffet daily. Hotel was close by the airport and shops. Daily room service was great. Guest laundry was helpful in the rainy weather (washer and dryer service).

Baby cockroaches were found on the room floor and bed. ? Due to the bad rainy weather.

The staff and facilities were great. The area is nice. Conference rooms are very useful. Did I say the staff were great 😃.

Dinner menu was nice, as was the food when it came. However, it could have done with more variety. Selection become quite limited after a few days. This is more of a point for management - The cleaners did a great job, however the residue from the floor wash becomes dangerously slippery when re-wet in the bathroom. A change in tile surface or cleaning product would fix.

Staff were magnificent, breakfast was lovely with a great variety of food to choose from, and the staff were more than happy to meet any requests. Our room was clean and cleaning staff were very thorough and would not hesitate to do anything for you. Although Tanoa was close to the airport it was great after a long trip not to have the worry of where we had to go. So to have your airport shuttle service was wonderful. Vinaka.

I had requested for a bouquet of flowers to be kept in the room for my wife as the day we were reaching was our 25th wedding anniversary day! Also, I thought considering the occasion that we were coming for, the hotel might do something to make it special! Also would have liked to see some traditional Fiji food in the breakfast buffet.
