A nice new concept from Sokos Hotels. The location was fine, a bit difficult to find, but after a while riding around we found it. Close by the metro is a big bonus! And it was also nice to walk around there, to Tapiola and Otaniemi, beautiful areas. The breakfast was ok. It was nice that the coffee corner was always open. We liked the swings in the public area - used to sit there every evening with a cup of coffee (free of charge)!

It would be nice if there was some kind of a wardrobe in the room - handy for guests who stay a longer time. We were also wondering why there was only one chair in a 2-person room...

The location is 5-6minutes walk from M1,M2 and there is also a bus stop right infront of the hotel (which I took while coming from airport). The staff is really nice, the lounge area is beautiful. We also had a small terrace attached with our room. The room and toilet was very neat and clean. Also there is unlimited coffee, tea, hot chocolate access in the lounge.

There could have been a cupboard or place to put your clothes. Also there was just one bin inside the toilet, we didnt ask for any room service, so we were going back and forth to get rid of the trash.

They did not serve breakfast during my stay but one could buy a sandwich, yogurt, fruit and a juice in their vending machine for 8,50 Euros. There is unlimited really good coffee and tea and a kitchen area with a microwave to warm food.

I honestly loved my stay at this establishment, it did not feel like 2 weeks at all. Very short distance (5 min walk) to the Metro station (Kageludden) and Aalto University. Helsinki is 10 minutes from the Metro station. Everything is really accessible and it is very peaceful.

Everything was nice, clean, good value for money.

Only thing that was missing would be a proper closet to store clothes (there were only some hooks and hangers which is fine for one or two days but not for more and mostly if you really need to hang your stuff or put them somewhere). The other thing is also the desk is super tiny so if u need to do some work or a call etc might be uncomfortable. Besides everything was great! Staff is super mega helpful and the vibes of the place are great.

We visited Helsinki for a conference and the accommodation was exactly what we wanted. It was close, comfortable, quiet, modern and reasonably priced. I can only recommend it. I especially liked their vending machine system where you could get food, drinks and even cosmetics non-stop.

Overall, we were satisfied. Unfortunately the first night the wi-fi was not good but they fixed that the next day. I was expecting a slightly more complex breakfast than we got, but in the end I was happy with that and probably I was the only one who was not informed enough. I would recommend this accommodation to others.

I got ”Lucky you” room, it was sooo cool. Very nice surprise. I liked the bathtub in it especially. TV with chrome cast was nice to have too. Extra large bed etc, very impressive.

Small minus points for cleaning: pink pop-it thing in the room was sticky. Looked at it but never touched after. Wall in the toilet was covered in hairspray. To my taste it was a little bit cold, cold floor in the bathroom. Also after shower water covered half of the bathroom floor and there was no way to get rid of it. Maybe putting squishy there would solve the problem. Hair products were a bit odd. Two conditioners for normal hair ( no shampoo for normal hair). And conditioner and shampoo for dyed hair. Not suitable for me.

The hotel was recently built, rooms are modern and clean, with free hot drinks and two breakfast options under 10 euros. The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them creating what they called ‘a home from home atmosphere’ despite the scale of the property.

It was a shame that there was no sauna, although one can be accessed at a sister hotel a 15 minute walk away. The wallpaper graphics in the rooms are a little dated already and a distraction from the classic, clean lines.

The hotel is near to metro station and bus stop. It' also convinient to going to supermarket and beach. My booking did't contain the breakfast. While I can enjoy the freee coffe and tea in the hall. The cutlery and microwave are also available for customers.

The room is clean and tidy , while the windows are fixed and can't be opened. The Slippers and toothpaste are not provided， so if you need you have to prepare them by yourself.

Amazing hospitality by the staff. Special about out to Abbdihamiid Ibrahim who helped me out with every request and query starting from helping me with information on how to move around the city, transfer to airport, helping with taxi bookings etc. as I was there for a couple of days only from India and did not have access to phone network or internet. The room was super comfortable, quiet and clean. The working area with 24 hour coffee is bright and inspiring. A 5 star rating to the hotel and the staff. Only suggestion is that wifi in the room is flaky, please inprove that..Thank you Heymo 1... hoping to see you soon again

This time the travel fully met my expectation. Even exceeded during visiting the gym. I think this is the perfect place for single travelers coming for business matters. Very smooth registration, quiet facilities, convenient bed and everything is brand new!

I took frequently coffee and tea from ground floor to my room, which was on the 6 floor. It wasn't convenient, it might be good to have at least a kettle in the room.
