Töölö Towers is situated just outside the central Helsinki but within walkable distance to the City center. There are good public transport connections to many parts of the city. My little room was lovely and bed comfortable. Breakfast was variable and had enough choices for all diets. There was a communal kitchen on the floor for doing your own cooking if wanted to. I had a little fridge in my room which was good for my snacks and drinks. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of dust under the bed (I dropped something and had to move the bed) though otherwise the room was clean.

It is a great place to stay for those who do not require anything fancy, just a clean and safe space to sleep and keep their belongings during their stay in Helsinki. I traveled to Helsinki with a clear plan to see as much as the city as possible, so I would leave the hotel in the morning and only return at night. It was so great to have the hotel so close to the city center and with such an easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was rather standard, but tasty and had quite a bit of variety.

There was, at times, some sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

The room was tiny but it had all the necessary utilities + some. The reception was really nice and helpful. The breakfast offers a "swedish buffet" where you get to pick your food preferences yourself. I didn't try everything but the meal was definitely good. I chose the location because it is close to the venue I planned to visit for a concert. It's relatively close to the Helsinki Central Station (15-20 minutes on foot) and the area is surrounded by parks, stores and restaurants in walking distance. I had to leave early (before the reception opens) and they do provide the option of leaving your key in a mailbox when wanting to check out.

When entering and leaving the bathroom, you have to be slightly careful because there's a slightly lifted surface there, you can trip if not paying attention but after one encounter you get used to it. There's a power outlet under the desk but there's also a shelf above it, so after plugging in your device you have to be careful to not hit your head on the shelf. Besides these minor inconveniences I got myself into because I'm clumsy, I'd say there's nothing negative to say about the room.

The hotel room was on the smaller side but manageable for a solo traveler. The lounge area to cook was clean and well managed. The staff, especially Thea, were excellent. The sauna is a nice touch after a long cold day outside. There is a laundry facility downstairs but you need to carry your own detergent. The bathroom is good with separate dry and wet areas.

There is not enough signage to figure out the entrance to the hotel. It took me, an international traveler, a long time to find the way in. And even inside the hotel there is not signage and you can go round in circles. The breakfast for a vegetarian is quite poor. There are no easily accessible plugpoints.

Even though I wasn’t traveling with my disabled family member this time, it was great to see the rooms were equipped so that my father could also stay in these apartments. Very special thanks to the brunette receptionist who was so kind and considerate. She is def. in the right job as a customer server! Breakfast was also very good and had lots of variety. Garage was easy to use and good price.

The doors were very heavy and were hard to walk through or I didn’t know how to use them. I can’t imagine even though the room was perfect for disabled person, how could they get in the corridor doors. Maybe there is a door for disabled.

This apartment was wonderful, we chose it for it's location, it was very close to the tram (a few minutes walk), not too far to the main Helsinki train station via tram, very quiet location, there was a sauna in the other tower, but we didn't get a chance to use it. The room was small but had everything we needed for a short stay, good amount of storage space for our clothes and suitcases, good kitchen facilities and beautiful views. The reception ladies were absolutely lovely and helped us with all of our questions. I recommend this accommodation.

Location was excellent, quiet with a lot of green and good connections, rooms cozy, and having kitchen, sauna and free laundry room in the facilities made our stay comfortable and very affordable compared to having to eat out all the time (coming from another country, everything is very expensive in Finland). The breakfast buffet was also VERY good and varied.

Kitchen utensils were not very clean when we arrived, though the rest of the room was. I think this is mostly the fault of the previous guest, rather than depending on the accommodation.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, a bit outside the city center. It is easily accessible by tram. There are parks and lakes very close to the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the room was heartwarming.

The hotel consists of 2 blocks and therefore hosts a lot of guests. However, the breakfast room is quite narrow for all guests to have breakfast. The tables were very close to each other and therefore did not feel comfortable. You have to wait in a narrow area to get breakfast. It would be more useful if there was a larger area or 2 separate breakfast rooms for each block. In addition, I found the breakfast variety to be limited.

The room was perfect for a simple short stay, the bed was comfortable and overall it was a peaceful stay. The bathroom was clean, and it was easy to get to my room with the lift. It was very convenient to get to and well connected to tram lines, thank you!

The hallway to my room wasn't lit and didn't seem to have any motion sensor (couldn't find the lights), so I didn't realise there was a kitchen/lounge area on my floor for a couple of days as I couldn't see it! It would've been useful if this information had been included on the welcome pack.

It's close to the center and at a very communicative spot - about 50m from a tram stop. There's a nice small beach also near the property, about 1/2km. The breakfast is very good, one can choose from many different types of food, including vegan, non-lactose, etc. They made it super easy for the guests that arrive late, instructions are clear and the safety is guaranteed. Everything is in good working order, the Wifi is fast and reliable.

The trash bins were not cleaned when I arrived. There were some women's sanitary products in the bathroom bin. Not a big deal, I didn't feel like I needed to complain. The room was tiny and utilitarian.
