Great breakfast, good price, good location from metro. Children's playspot in the lobby was great. Make it even bigger such as the playroom in Scandic airport and this would be a winner with small kids. Generally very child friendly vibes. Shame I didn't get to try the sauna or other facilities.

Reception took 10-15min of queueing on check in. The room was smelling heavily of a wet dog upon entry. They probably would've taken care of it, had I mentioned it, but I didn't have time on check in and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms later. It dissipated or was cleaned in couple days tho. Breakfast coffee does not have much caffeine in it or is watered down heavily. Three full cups didn't do much.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were really nice with our windows facing one of the bays. Breakfasts were tasty and there was a huge variety of food choices. We also enjoyed evenings in the sauna. Localization is also good - close to a 24-hour open supermarket and a short walk to a metro station. And finally, the hotel staff was extremely helpful at the site and after our stay (helping me recover one of the forgotten items). Thank you!!

The only thing that seems to be an issue is the fact one cannot open the window (security measures?), however, the room temperature regulation was enough to take care of that : ) No more bad things to say ; )

Breakfast was great, however same everyday. Wonderful staff and chef! The COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE. 🤪🙏🏻although i think the decision to use “whatever it was”, was beyond the chef, as they were offering decent coffee for 3.50 EURO……corporate upselling in a very hip hybrid hotel with great areas to meet and work in…loved that, i didnt use it this time, however, i am going back for a week stay in a week or so. Helsinki is wonderful. Rent a bike from Bicyclean and take the metro right to your hotel easy easy.

Coffee was really terrible.🥴. I wish the sauna wasopen in the morning. The sauna is REALLY GREAT!

I stayed in this hostel 4 nights (504€) in June 2023. The hostel is very close to a metro station which is super useful. The room was big enough and comfortable. The hostel also offered a fitness center and a sauna (I didn't use them). I really enjoyed the breakfast. The quality of the food offered was very good. I really enjoyed my stay here, I would go again and I would recommend it to my friends.

The hostel was close to a metro station but not very close to the city center (at least not reachable by foot) and there were few attractions in the direct vicinity of the hotel (expect Hietaniemi beach). The breakfast was great but despite its quality the food variety not high and remain the same for 4 days. This is only an issue for stays longer than 3 / 4 days. Some rooms have nice views on sun set but requires an extra cost.

Pretty good breakfust, alot of choices, Small adecuate gym, Sauna ofc since it's Soumi, Decent location to the metro, just 500 m Shopping mall just across the road with 24 h open which is nice.

There is only one thing I can complain about and that is the ventilation in the bathroom which was constantly making a quite high wind sound, luckily if you closed the door to the bathroom it wasn't possible to hear it but other than that this hotell is really nice.

The welcome package for my dog was a lovely thing, that happened to me the first time. The hotel is clean, good breakfast with a variety of dishes to choose from. Location at first glance might not seem that good, but it is a couple of minutes away from the park (good for the dog, and evening chill by the water), there is a 24/7 market nearby and for those who prefer metro over walking - a metro station. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had all I needed, and the curtains blocked all of the light allowing proper night sleep even with the beginning of white nights.

The key card reader in the elevator sometimes had issues with understanding where I wanna go, but after a couple of tries it always brought me where I needed to be.

Room was very comfortable, all stay was value for money. Breakfast was our favourite part of our stay - the best i ever try in 4 star hotels. I'm sad that we can't reach the hotel sauna - but maybe next time? :D Thanks for all hotel staff - Raul from F&D, Oona from Reception (i don't remember it's okay with letters), and your colleague that prepared to us the list of place to see in Helsinki with short description, it was really helpfull! My colleague and I, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, facilities great, food great, restaurant - very good. If you want to go for a walk after a day full of meetings, there is a lovely green area with the beach nearby.

Just one, maybe small thing, the layout at the breakfast was a bit confusing, the first time, I had to look for everything, when you are in a rush, it can be a bit annoying but it is not that important. The choice was great, loved the pancakes and chia pudding especially! :)

First of all - the reception personel is amazingly helpful and there was no issue when asking them for help! Breakfast was really great, with lots of options to choose from. The room was clean and included everything stated in the room description (tea and coffee set, iron, hair dryer etc.), there was also daily room service. It takes 20-30 minutes walk to get to the centre of Helsinki (Senaatintori/Kauppatori), so even without using public transport it's in a pretty good location. Just across the street there's also a market where you can get pretty much every essential item, which is really convenient as you don't need to travel far. There is a separate sauna for men and women, during my stay I was able to use it every day without a problem.

Nice decorated hotel with happy colours. Nice room and clean. We requested a room in higher floor and they offer us a room in 9th floor and it was amazing. Staff was friendly but staff at reception was the best!! That hotel is definitely for families. In lobby area they have a small playground, with small kitchen, books and games. In the room we had a baby cot and a potty. And the best past is that kids can eat free. We had a dinner one night and we ordered a kids plate and that was free!! Free sauna is also really nice. After a long day using it was the best thing. Breakfast was really good.

The only negative was , one of the closet had a bad smell. But we didn't use it so we were ok.
