Close to the airport, excellent breakfast, beautiful design of the room and facilities, comfortable bed, helpful stuff, nice dinner at the hotel nearby

No slippers, a bit old-fashioned bathroom. I was looking for a transfer from airport to the hotel, tried to reach the hotel via the number from google maps (no number is the email), but nobody answered, finally took a taxi.

This is a nice and clean hotel with a great sauna facility and a good breakfast.

The restaurant doesn't have a great offering of food and the cutlery wasn't very clean at breakfast. I was also very disappointed when the free shuttle bus didn't turn up, as that was the main reason I booked the hotel. We waited 30 minutes for the bus and it didn't turn up. It's supposed to come every 20 minutes. The receptionist tried to call the driver, but couldn't get through to him so we all had to book taxis to make our flights. The hotel should have arranged and paid for those taxis. So overall, I'm not sure it was worth the money. I could have stayed in a cheaper hotel a little further away and got a taxi for a similar price.

There is the last hotel by using the shuttle bus service. You have to take about 30 minutes by the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle bus driver are kind and nice and willingable to help when I ask him to take a couple of minutes to waitting a bit during to time I go to take a big 2 luggage in the hotel and return to the airport right after. The room and the hotel are in a good standard. The breakfast is good, and the front service is friendly.

Good breakfast, many alternatives. Very comfortable beds. Large parkinglot (pay with eg app). Great lighting in the bathroom. Minifridge in the room. Shuttle bus to the airport.

We stayed 2 times here with a week inbetween. In our first room, the showerhead's coating was broken so you could cut yourself on sharp edges. Not automatic door between the different wings in the hotel, so with heavy bags it was a little struggle if your room is in one of the other wings. The pasta in the hotel's restaurant was really bland. Overall very pleasant stay. I will keep the hotel in mind.

This hotel suited our purposes very well as a place to stay before an early flight out of Helsinki the next morning. They served an early breakfast (4 - 6 AM) for those with early flights that was a pleasant surprise, and the bus to the airport arrived right on time. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room location was quiet, and two pillows per person were provided (other places we stayed in Finland provided only one pillow per person). A large shopping mall was located a short walking distance away.

Free hotel shuttle bus from Airport. The hotel was very clean and efficient. Jambo shopping mall within walking distance. Able to stock up on supplies. And alternative eating options.

In Room 530, the shower water leaked out over the bathroom floor, and I had to use hotel towels to soak up water. There was no shower tray, and you couldn't shut off the shower area. Also, drinking glass was not changed once used, with fresh glass.

Free bus to/from the airport. Breakfast was good. Staff is really nice. And the hotel`s design was just right for me. In the room i liked the number of towels, water pressure in the shower, AC control that works (!), minimalistic night stands.

1. Noises. The level of noise is unacceptable foe me. And i am a city person. But i could hear the next room`s door opening as if it was mine, and the vacuuming of this room in the morning sounded as if someone used hairdryer in my bathroom. And i use earplugs! And i am not a musician or a person exceptionally sensitive to noises. 2. Would be nice to have a decaf options for coffee and tea.

I missed transfer from hotel but I was waiting it in hall with group of people who lost it too and I did not like the reply of reception girl who knew that I was waiting transfer: "You were on your phone! Transfer was waiting Infront of the door for long, but you were busy with your phone to notice that" First - would be nice if stuff would tell us that transfer is here and I could miss it. Instead of taking care from personal I was criticized like I'm teenager! Second - Other people missed it too and they told me after that bus wasn't waiting even a minute

I felt a bit offended when I was asked to fill up my details and my credit card was registered (just in case). I have been told that's a procedure for everyone, but before me there were two other persons and the recepcionist did not require the same things from them. So I felt its because the country I am from which is in EU by the way. Apart from that the Hotel its value for its money and its super close to the Airport.

This hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle bus that’s goes to and from the hotel to airport very often. I was very grateful to use this perk to get to the airport on time for my flight. The hotel also had a delicious breakfast buffet with several gluten free and vegan options. This was really wonderful!

I wish the hotel provided a water bottle in a the room at the hotel instead of having to purchase them separately. I’ve never had to do this at a hotel before but it’s not a big issue just a small thing I noticed.
