Close to the airport, excellent breakfast, beautiful design of the room and facilities, comfortable bed, helpful stuff, nice dinner at the hotel nearby

No slippers, a bit old-fashioned bathroom. I was looking for a transfer from airport to the hotel, tried to reach the hotel via the number from google maps (no number is the email), but nobody answered, finally took a taxi.

The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. Staff were very nice and welcoming. My flight was super early so I opted for the breakfast bag, which was pretty good - a ham and tomato roll, fruit, apple juice, a small cake and you were allowed to get a coffee from the machine. There's a free shuttle to Vantaa, which takes about 10 mins, depending on traffic.

There were a few things amiss with the room - one of the bedside lights was broken, there was some odd sticky tape thing on the table, the soap in the bathroom was attached to the wall quite far from the basin/taps so that wasn't ideal and quite a peculiar layout and it was weird there was no phone in the room, should I needed to have contacted Reception. Also, there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the standard rooms - standard rooms are pretty basic.

Breakfast had a huge variety of different things to choose from. I liked the fried mushrooms and my hysband loved the classic bacon and other meats. The breads were fresh and we enjoyed a good and filling start to our day.

I enjoyed most of things I tried at breakfast, only falafel balls were too dry to my liking. Also the carrot buckthorn shot was a disappointment because I only tasted carrot and ginger but I was trying to taste the buckthorn as well - it was on the name so I expected it to also contain it (not just in the name).

Family rooms are great, we had three beds that we could move together to prevent the child from falling. The breakfast starting at 5am is great for early flights, infortunately warm food starts only at 6am, but at least the variety is still good, including vegan and gluten free options. Staff was available around the buffet at 5am, which is incredible. Thank you for such service. The bathrooms are not pretty, tiles had badly repaired holes, etc. But works functionally.

The men sauna could be hotter. 5am could include eggs and a few hot items. Morning sauna or extended times would be really great and a unique selling point.

Good bus connection to airport, from airport you can take the bus N 600 to drive you to city center. Fair Price. 24/7 Reception. Clean. Friendly Also good breakfast. And check out till 12. If i travel again, i will for sure be back because of location. It was just several small things which could be better.

After having shower you have a "sea" in bathroom on the floor (disaster shower cabine, brocken). No bottle of water in the room (you can buy in automat on reception) also mini bar is empty. No facial tissues, shower cups.

It was great to have a shuttle until late. The breakfast was exceptional, loads of choice and very good food, and very nice staff in the kitchen/breakfast area. The kitchen/breakfast team was ready to help, smiling and taking care of us, (this was different from the welcoming staff at the desk when we arrived: they were not very nice or welcoming). The shower was amazing, powerful and exactly what we needed in the morning.

It was very handy for the airport, which is of course the only reason for booking it. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was good. We had to check out before 6:00 am, when the cooked breakfast starts to be served, but the cold breakfast available from 5:00 am was very acceptable and set us up well for our travel

It was a bit pricey for Premier Inn style accommodation, but airport hotels are rarely a bargain and at least breakfast was included.

Airport shuttle bus was really great, super easy and convenient. Breakfast was great, especially that there was an early breakfast option for early flights. Hot foods were served after 6, everything else with the early breakfast also. Room was big and quite modern, very nice overall.

Beds weren't very comfortable (quite soft) but still ok, and the hotel wasn't super easy to get to from Helsinki city center by public transport. But it was ok, these were only minor things.

Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds, helpful personnel. The breakfast was really good with a varied choice of food. After a long trip I visited sauna which was very relaxing.

In the in evening the men's section of sauna was closed, and in the morning the women's section was open but sauna was cold. But probably there was some technical issues which can happen, so it's not a big deal

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was nice and tidy. Perfect for a long flight connection. An early 4AM breakfast (although across the street) is a big advantage as well as the regular free bus route to the terminal.

The hotel never responded to messages and they did not pick up the phone at the given number. It would be helpful to include some info about the bus/shuttle in the check-in instructions. Disposable slippers would also be a welcome option to add.
