The staff were really nice and the room was spacious. The hotel is located in a very good spot within the shopping & entertainment center. The breakfast staff are super welcoming!

View from the window wasn't pleasant, ours was facing a parking lot. Also the self check-in proved just waste of time, since it only allowed check-in for one of the two booked rooms and we had to go to counter for the breakfast tickets anyway...no idea why this option even exists at this hotel then. Also, despite of changing the remote control, it did not work and we were not able to switch on/watch tv.

The hotel is perfectly located for a transit stay, close to the airport. Also there is lots to do in the entertainment centre/shopping mall in which the hotel is located: mini golf, bowling, aquapark, adults only spa, many restaurants, shopping, etc. We enjoyed most of these facilities with my younger daughter. Parking is free. Buffet breakfast is really good, included in the price. Staff is very friendly.

The later breakfast time slots book out really quickly, so make sure to ask for your preferred time slot as early as possible. The location is not beautiful, between the airport and main highways (so there is traffic noise in rooms on lower floors), but it is practical. Check-in time at the hotel can be chaotic and take long if you come at the start of the check-in time.

It is not my first ime at Flamingo and I like very much the position close to the airport, and the breakfast. This time I could not operate the heat, beacuse it seemed not to work, but I did not have time to call the reception to make them fix it.

The control of the heat seemed not to work properly, I could not raise the temperature of my room, and I did not have time to report this issue to the reception guys.

10 euro in a taxi from the airport. Fast friendly check in and great luggage leaving facilities. Family room was perfect for 3. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. Kids lived the chocolate fountain and marshmallows!!!! Water park is excellent

Double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together made up as singles. Wouldn't want to stay for long as room size is generous enough but no place for bags

Everything was fine, I liked my stay. Breakfast is good. Rooms are great. Free parking for hotel guests in parking house. Shopping Center Jumbo is so close, almost connected buildings.

The check-in takes a bit long time and not possible to do self-check-in for the Booking.com bookings. Breakfast can be better if there could be more choices for the coffee, currently only standard coffee.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went over and above to support my needs and make my stay comfortable. I was really impressed with the service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again. The room was very spacious and clean. It had a good view and the food from the restaurant was delicious. There is also a fantastic shopping mall right beside the hotel and is connected by a corridor. There are a variety of restaurants beside the hotel too. It’s so easily accessible from the airport and Helsinki city center is a short taxi ride.

I love that there are so many indoor shopping, dining, and entertainment options available in the same or attached building as this hotel. You never have to step outside for anything you could possibly want to buy or do. There is even a water park and adult water spa in the building. There are two grocery stores, several department stores, and so many chain stores.

I wish the breakfast was a bit higher quality. We really enjoy our breakfast at the Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna in city center Helsinki. Dining was a bit hard after the Finnish Government (understandably) issued an order where you must show a digital covid vaccination card, which as Americans we do not have. We have paper cards.

Location close to airport. Very close to shopping area . Good value for money . Professional receptionist.

Bathroom smell old . Alittle like sewerage . Not enough coffee and tee in the room that was not serviced for 2 nights / days .

Air condition works well and not directly to the face, great breakfast, location, surrounding services, big window (despite inability to open)

Lot of dust on every surface (especially seen on dark ) even though generally is pretty clean. Parking lot is chaotic.

Marino and the breakfast staff were amazing. we also had multiple interactions with the front desk and they too were amazing.
