We needed a place to sleep while continuing our trip to Lapland so we arrived late and left early, Rooms were small and had no window but it was ok for this purpose, Staff of the hotel was extremely and nice friendly, and we felt very welcome when arriving with our big bags and with our little dog. If I would need again for place to sleep I would come back purely because of the friendliness of the staff (my dog agrees since he got snacks too) it is those little things that matters in the end, thank you!

I have nothing to complain if something maybe the price but this is airport and Finland so I accept that.

Upon arrival and departure, staff were friendly and helpful providing the tea service requested ready for me in the room. The hotel itself is in a prime location for those arriving late or leaving early. The room was very peaceful and the bed comfortable. Soaps provided were eco friendly, fairly locally sourced and smelled wonderful. All in all, well worth the cash for a night at the airport!

Don't expect a view as this hotel is underground which helps provide complete darkness in the rooms during the endless days of the Finnish summer.

As an airport hotel it's pretty much what you would expect as a windowless box room. But I've stayed in smaller airport hotel rooms, and this one was at least of slightly higher quality. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. A little pricey for what it is, but Finland is an expensive country for hotels anyway. They have breakfast as an add on, and if an early flight you can pay for a voucher to grab food the other side of security which is a nice touch.

No hotel bar or restaurant as such. They had breakfast but no evening food. I think they sold some drinks at reception but a limited selection. This meant returning to the airport building for food, which at 9pm meant only a burger king or a subway. The other food sellers all appeared to be closed. Bathroom was small and basic. Considering the overall size of the room is small anyway, the bathroom felt particularly cramped.

Wonderful place to stay for one short night to catch up on some sleep between flights, very quiet, very clean. Located right inside the airport. I only stayed from 8pm to 7am, so really only went there to do some calls and sleep. Great wifi connection, too. Loved that it was all so personalised with my name in the room and staff in the reception.

It was a smallish room but totally fit for the purpose of just staying there to rest between travels. There was a stuffed tiger on the bed up for sale, which I thought was cute but unnecessary.

Location of the hotel inside terminal 1 is excellent, guests can simply walk to check-in without a need to go outdoors. Room is small but has all amenities required for a short stay. Staff was helpful. Room was quiet.

Shower compartment is designed in such a way that it is almost inevitable that water will leak to the bathroom floor. Rooms have no windows but considering the location of the hotel, this cannot be avoided.

Very smart, clean outlook of the room with up to date toilet shower unit. Location was eccellent. Right at the airport, easy walking distance to check in flights. No need transport. Room was made soundproof, i think. Was quiet to sleep.

Its not that i didnt like but would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. The water in the shower could be a bit warmer.

After landing at 4AM, this was Just what we needed. The room was so inviting, clean, quiet and comfortable that we fell asleep almost immediately after a good shower and started our day six hours later, rejuvenated and ready.

The main problem is the price, which one would expect with airport hotels. The local restaurant which you could use with a discounted voucher, was a little disappointing, but you really don't need to use it, the airport restaurants should be more than enough.

Very modern small room, comfortable bed., everything in excellent working order. No need to leave the terminal building, as temperature out there was minus 10oC.

There are no windows in this hotel, as it looks like it is underground at the airport. I don’t really mind, but claustrophobic people should be aware. Hotel is very expensive, so I had never stayed there. Not a good value for money if the weather outside is ok.

Excellent location in the airport for an early flight home, room was very comfortable, no food or drink included but all available to purchase at the airport, very comfortable bed and slept well, was good sound proofing and no noise at all from the airport

A hot drink in the morning before departure would have been nice, we left at 6.10 am to catch our flight

the hotel in inside the terminal. It is perfect for an early flight. Breakfast, that I did not have there, had to be ordered the day before and was pretty basic, at least from the menu. The hotel allows to use all restaurants and bars at the terminal. I would say a little too expensive for what is offered.

essentially the price. though all the advamtages to sleep inside the terminal it is too expensive for what its is offered. I would sy that 30/50 euro less wouldd fit perfetly.
