We chose this hotel as layover for our connecting flight. Location is just outside of the airport and very convenient to reach. Hotel is wel facilitated with 24 hours lobby, good breakfast and sound proof rooms. Wireless internet is free and fast. Public transportation to subway is also on walking distance and nice to see (long stairs down).

The lobby is on the higher floor. The entrance of the hotel could be designed better. The outside of the building looks like an office building with one door towards the hall with elevator bringing you upstairs for the lobby. I would suggest a logo or mark outside of the door with signs showing directions to the hotel. No free amenities in minibar.

Kids loved the bunk beds and that there was so e space to run around by the reception. There is a playroom too, just this time it was occupied by a conference. Very nice place to stay with ir without family if you need to have a sleepover right by an airport, very convenient. Restaurant provides great dinner options and breakfast as well. We didn't try lunch though. There is an early breakfast option 3-6am as well, however we didn't have to e to stop by for it

Can't find any negative things. Maybe a dedicated playground with so e slides/climbing would make this place even more family friendly, but that would probably be above 5-starts :)

A convenient location 3 minutes walk from the airport. I really appreciated that they had a good breakfast selection available from 4am which I took advantage of. The full breakfast from 6am is probably really excellent.

There was tea but no coffee in the room- I have never seen this before. Access is a bit strange as you enter on the ground floor right where Immigration is (which was very busy) and then take an elevator to the 3rd flr for reception, then a long corridor walk to the next elevator for the upper floors. It works but is quite convoluted the first time.

I loved the location. After traveling for day and a half, it was nice not to have to struggle with luggage but to be able to just go up to our room right away. The breakfast was excellent. They also allowed us to leave the luggage for the day.

The hotel needs a good cleaning and freshening up. The lobby carpet was dirty, there were some dusty faded silk flowers in vases, and I did not necessarily like the industrial looking arrangement separating the bar area. It needs a little softening up.

Great location - perfect for getting up and walking to your early morning flight. Airport has a train into the city. OK early breakfast (not the full buffet if you're there before regular hours, but nice that they do offer several early options). Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable (nothing extraordinary).

You do have limited eating options if you stay here. You'll have to eat at the restaurant (or the nearby hotel) or grab something at the airport (if you want fast food).

It is very near the Helsinki Airport - a walking distance. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The food was good and they cater well for people with allergies.

Getting there was a little complicated. It’s on the third floor and if you miss the signs (and there are many) it might take awhile to find it. Also, it would be helpful if customers were allotted tables at breakfast. Then others might not just ait at your table when you were fetching food from the buffet.

The cleanliness, quietness, quality, decoration and design, very friendly and professional staff, extremely versatile and bounteous breakfast, everything was top notch. Nothing to complain about.

I wish there were a kettle and a cup in the room. I thought I was getting a room with a view to the outside, but it was a view to the lobby. So I might as well have got a room at the other airport hotel for the same price without a window - I chose not to as it was claustrophobic, but it would have been way closer. This was a small distance to walk, cross a road etc. with huge bags.

The staff was excellent! Very quiet hotel, very comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Very convenient location - less than 100 metres from the exit of the airport, 50 metres from the bus stops.

We were very surprised that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we expected a 4-star hotel to have them in all rooms, not just some superior rooms. But one wonderful member of staff, a receptionist which checked us in, she solved this problem and brought us kettle and cups which was very kind of her.

Location is great. Walking distance from airport terminal 2 follow signs for buses. I am so happy finally black out curtains important during season when sun doesn't EVER set. Breakfast starts at 3am this is really great I needed a coffee and could get it. Nice big bathroom and good layout of room. Nice aircon control

No water kettle, and beds not so comfy. Nightlight in bathroom. I had my eye mask so not a problem. Small things

The room was spotless clean! The staff was very kind and helpful and the included breakfast was delicious :D The fact that it's basically in the Helsinki airport makes it a very convenient stop for a weary traveler. Also, the bus station is right outside the building. 10/10 would stay here again :)

The entrance is a bit hidden! A kind stranger pointed me in the right direction and I finally managed to find the hotel :)
