Proximity to the airport. Check-in is done online via a verification process where you have to take a picture of an ID document and then a selfie, the system will verify the identity and you'll receive a code that will let you into the building and the room. First I was frustrated as it was an unexpected overnight stay due to flight issues and it was very late at night but the check-in worked ok and so can't complain. DId what I needed it to do, room was clean, the toilets less so but that's because they are shared and the building is massive. Clearly an old temporary workers accommodation or something like that.

This is a budget hotel at a very convenient location near the airport. It is budget with shared bathroom but is perfect if you have time between flights. It is totally contactless which might not work for all but worked for me. Place was clean and big enough.

I really could have done with instructions of how to walk to the hotel. Phone maps did not work as could not find the correct exit (you need to take the one where buses are and follow the way to car park 4 and 5 and then use Maps). A map on their site would help. As late at night I had to take a taxi (12 euro). Was able to walk to airport the next morning. The place should have staff onsite. It was a bit scary that I might forget my code when going to the bathroom. Need to carry phone at al times.

We only needed to spend one night near the airport so it was quite convenient - only 10 minutes walk, shared bathrooms and kitchens. We had a problem with the code to get into the room, but after calling the support team the problem was solved and we got another room. Very comfortable beds and nice white sheets :)

There are no full curtains. Microwave, coffee maker and kettle was in the shared kitchen, not in the room as it is shown in the pictures. Shared showers and toilets are located in the separate spaces. The cup was cracked, so we did not dare to pour hot water.

The bed cover and sheets are not very clean.

This place is all about the location really: if you need to stay overnight in Helsinki to catch a morning plane, this is a great place in terms of value for money. I stayed there multiple times already, it's an easy walk from the hotel to the airport with no hassle: check in and check out are self-managed, you don't need anyone to do it. The bathrooms and showers are shared but I found them to be pretty clean. The room is clean and not the most comfortable place you've stayed in but perfect for me for a overnight stay.

Self check-in can be slightly complicated the first time, read the instructions carefully!

Proximity to the airport. There is an exit from the train station set under Vantaa Airport called "Lentoasama"?? at the opposite end to the exit for the airport itself. Essentially it is a 10 minute, nearly straight walk to the Hotel from the front doors of this station. This is incredibly convenient and saves you the taxi or bus fare. The hotel itself requires some pre-arrival biometric data and some state ID information, be sure to have that handled before you go. Keep your phone charged to receive an access code which allows access to the building and the room assigned to you, so no physical keys to possibly lose. The facilities are basic; you have a bed and a microwave with plates, a wardrobe for clothes and a small table to eat on, showers and toilets are external to the bedrooms and sex-segregated, none of that "blokes in denial about biological reality" nonsense going on here. It is not expensive, especially for Finland.

There's no luxury here, whilst I did not encounter it this time the rooms do not filter sound a great deal so noisy guests may disrupt one's sleep at night. For the price I have no complaints.

An underrated place to spend a night near Vantaa airpot. It's a cheap place, which has everything you need for a night sleep. It's in walking distance from the airport. I would say it's a value for a money! I even have created a video, which can be found on youtube. For what I paid, I think it's perfect.

Its hard to review places like this cause its not "normal" holiday trip/location/expectation. This hostel is spesifically made for purpose and for that purpose it works perfectly. Room to sleep before flight. Small tv and fridge to keep you entertained if needed. Overall clean and everything works as it should. Walking distance from the airport.

Atleast on our room there wasnt our own toilet/shower but with that price, its really hard to complain. First time operating keypad outside was bit confusing cause there was 2 of them and other didnt work but again.. unbelivebly small stuff that i shoudnt even mentition for that price.

Walls are really really thing so you are constantly awake by people getting into their rooms. The code machines by the door are tricky. There are several keyboards and the biggest ones are from a different company so I had a hard time finding the right device to put my code. I was a bit lost until someone who came outside indicated to me the right machine. A clearer instruction is necessary.

Well setup for the airport and late arrivals, with codes to enter every locked area. Very clean and well equipped.

Clearer directions on how to get there by walking (maybe ask local authorities about putting signs, or painting small color indicators for people to follow) I found it easily enough but would have liked a clearer path.
