Wow!!!!! Well done. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The pools were amazing. My granddaughter loved the water slide. It was pure joy to see her little face light up when she saw the 3 story water slide!!! The most wonderful event though was the opportunity to walk the dog! "WALK THE DOG" Is an opportunity to take a dog that is up for adoption for a walk on the property or to your room. So very sweet! I have no complaints about this Property. The staff is Friendly, Respectful, and Kind! The property is very clean. There is no Rift Raft hanging around!!!! My room was centrally located.. Best location ever!! I will be requesting the same location for my next visit coming up! Thank you again to all the Staff for making my trip a wonderful experience!

I loved how big the property was and lived the beautiful scenery. Jasmine in the front desk was very good very professional, and very helpful .

The bartenders work in the bar at the swimming pool were not very professional. I order a drink on the empty day, and I got my drink 35 minutes later when there was nobody around.. I don’t know if you forgot about it all I know I wasn’t happy about it. I had to tell somebody else that they had forgotten my drink.

The facilities were great, excellent for families, the entertainment should have more options during the weekdays, especially during sprink break time. Overall the stay was pleasant and the rooms were spacious .

The pool with the water slides should have sessions or reservations and not have everyone in the resort at once, its way too crowded in the main pool area.

The desk clerk refunded our parking and gave use breakfast coupons for when we come back in April. We really appreciated that. I wish I remember his name. He was great!

The parking sucked. There was some wine event and concert which took all the parking. We had to literally park 1/3 mile from our room. That wasn't cool at all.

Architecture was great, and the staff was excellent and very helpful.

The service cleaning in my room could’ve been better. And also the common areas like entrance, registration area or restaurants could’ve been more tidy.

Weather was hot but the they have 3 pools!!! Wonderful amenities- James at front check in was wonderful! And so was staff at the lounge Frank(ie?) wonderful experience with Westin for unexpected last minute overnight stay. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. Visit was too short!! Oh, the gift shop was not set up yet…

The front desk staff "James" was amazing. He made possible to celebrate my birthday with my kids in a very special way.

Short time to enjoy the facilities if check in is at 4 pm and check out at 11 am

It was great, lots of activities. Adults and kids!

Would have been nice if the adult poolside bar didn't close so early. The sun was still up and it was soo hot!

Breakfast buffet was delicious and great hours unlike other resort hotels where breakfast ends early. Customer service was EXCELLENT and very nice setting.

Weather was too hot to enjoy the nice bike rentals and water in swimming pool warm not cold.
