Homewood Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm Springs

Breakfast was good, not exceptional by any means. The room design and amenities were excellent - nothing to complain about except the bud and the dresser drawers were too close together to be able to et into the left side of the bed. The king bed could have been substituted with a queen size and the room would have been perfect in every way.

The "supper" on Wednesday night was poor - a salad bar that was very lacking in fresh vegetables and there was no entrée! No meat or fish - nothing nut a poor salad and white bread rolls and whipped butter. That's poor service for an expensive hotel . There were no lounge chairs on the lawn area- only in the pool area - there should be some lounge chairs outside of the pool area. And the parking fee of $10/night was NOT advertised in Booking.com and overall was a cheap shot by the hotel. After paying a higher than usual price, to be charged for parking where there was an abundance of pacing spaces is low class move.

Great facility for a large group of friends to meet and hang out. One afternoon/evening about 15 of us were gathered in the large seating area near the lobby. We brought our own drinks and snacks and also purchased beer and wine from the little store onsite. As the evening approached, we could not agree on a place to have dinner, so we just stayed at the hotel and ordered pizzas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No one bothered us or asked us to leave.

The location is good for golfers, as a great course is within walking distance. But if you're coming to spend time in downtown Palm Springs, it's about a 15-minute Uber ride. That adds up if you go back and forth like we did.

I like this hotel in general. It's away from Palm Springs, but in a relaxing area. I love the size of the room. We got the 1 bedroom, with kitchenette. I love the pool. I like the breakfast going back to self-serve, instead of grab-n-go. Also, they let us check-in early.

A couple of things. First, disinfect the floors more in the middle of the night, when guests are not around; the smell was very strong. Second, in the pool area, get more umbrellas for the poolside area. The weather was very hot when we were there, and I believe they had a total of six, good size umbrellas for the gusts. They could use a few more, because the sun is brutal out there.

so we’ll maintained and elevators were quiet didn’t Evan know then were moving. the rooms were beautiful and comfortable and and everything was so clean and staff was so pleasant and welcoming. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was the best accommodation. I was and am so pleased!

only one thing I did not like that was the parking. unloading and loading the car to the room then parking the car then walking back to the room. it was exhausting. too far of a distance for parking from entrance and way too much walking especially if you have bags.

Loved how hidden the hotel was and away from traffic. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including a refrigerator.

When we checked in despite asking for our rooms to be close they claimed it wasn’t on the request. We waited 30 minutes until they figured it out. The staff told us Breakfast was from 7-10 on Monday, we went down at 9:15 and the staff was already cleaning up. No one told us, during the week breakfast is from 6:30 - 9:30 despite the fact it was a Holiday weekend. 4th of July.

it wasn't the property that I didn't like. tThe description that was provided by booking.com was incorrect. the room I had requested was a king bed with a sofa bed. when it was time to go to sleep I tried to set up the sofa bed. It was a regular sofa. the hotel had told me that this site tends to provide wrong descriptions of their rooms. So they brought a roller bed which was great. but made the room so much tighter.

Clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety but at times it was hard to get a table. It was convenient to have laundry facilities available during our stay.

Our rooms were laid out a little differently. There were a lot of switches in the rooms that didn’t do anything and in strange places. Also would have been nice to have a hot tub.

I've stayed here a number of times when it was Staybridge Suites. This was my first time staying since it was bought out by Hilton. Staff is very friendly and being pet friendly, even though this was a work trip was the most important feature outside of safety and cleanliness.

I was on the 3rd floor with my dog. Best to request a bottom floor when you book. The stairs were great for my health tracker! :)

The room was very comfortable and clean. And their breakfast was amazing they had a wonderful selection and the food was great. The pool area was very clean And it was wonderful for the barbecues and place for kids to play as well the whole stay was just very nice. I definitely look forward to going back there again.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like

What I did not like is that the room was a bit dirty and smelled bad and the food at breakfast was very poor and of low quality, I think is better if you have a restaurant

I liked the location of the hotel, the rooms, the price, almost everything, but there were only 3 things that I did not like, the room was a bit dirty, the breakfast, but the rest is fine
