Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rancho Mirage - Palm Spgs Area, an IHG Hotel

Drove 5 miles away from freeway to stay here. It was Sunday night, rates were below competition. Glad we stayed there. Hotel exceeded the lower rates. Staff were amazing. Location safe. Clean hotel. Nice room. All hand sanitizer worked throughout hotel. The first and only bed we slept in that wasn't destroyed. Good job. I would stay here again.

We were content. We didn't encounter anything we would change. It was a long road trip and it was the best hotel we stayed at.

The room and restroom were very clean. The kind lady preparing the breakfast in the morning was professional and welcoming. This holds true for the front desk staff as well as the cleaners. My overall stay was outstanding and enjoyable.

Based on my own personal experience with the hotel and interacting with the staff members, I really can't say I dislike anything other than the heat of the day outside the hotel.

We thought the room we were assigned was quite comfortable and the breakfast, although simple, was more than adequate. The room was very clean and quiet. I also appreciated that coffee and tea were available to guests 24/7.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. We would stay there again in the future.

great location, very clean and well kept

breakfast facilities fine but small, staff couldn’t keep up with getting food out. food was not hot and selection poor due to food not getting put out. also noted an incredible amount of unrecycled waste being generated - plastic cutlery, foam cups and paper. should have a recycling program!

We just use the hotel to sleep, shower and breakfast and for those the hotel is really good! Also easy to parking next to the entrance for free.

The breakfast room could be more private. It is in at your he same room at the entrance/check in. It’s just weird with all the guest passing by.

when our air conditioner broke down , Cynthia took care of things right away. She also moved us to another room withn no problems.. Maria was also great to work with us on not being able to stay on our 3rd day because we had a family/ home emergency. evey one was very helpful. Our thanks to them.was

The facility was very clean. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and bright. It was very contemporary, which was okay, but maybe a little over the top. Loved the location as the surroundings were beautuful.

The view out the window was a concrete wall. The blue painted wall made the room feel out of place. A more contemporary room color would have works better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were able to arrange a room-change and early check-in when we needed it. The accommodations - though a bit sparse and streamlined - were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The AC was hard to control and overly effective - on a 120-degree day, with the temp set at 72, we froze like ice cubes overnight. And, as a response to the pandemic, their breakfast room was closed and replaced by takeaway brown bags containing a muffin and a fruit cup, offering little comfort as a start to the day. Even using white bags and displaying them on a table with flowers would have helped.

Breakfast was good would like to see more variety besides eggs there were two different kinds of eggs served, maybe some fresh fruit as an alternative but the location and the hotel are excellent all together

Can’t say anything bad really had a great time

Loved the hot breakfast, which was included in the price. The location was great, right next to fabulous restaurants. There was plenty of parking. There was also a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room.

The hotel decor was minimalist but very clean.
