We went to the hotel for a nearby church event so our group was big. We booked 3 rooms and they put us next to each other as requested. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We loved that there was coffee/hot water available all day in lobby. The pool was warm. And breakfast was amazing with many options for our big group.

The only issue we had is that in all our rooms, we all had issues with the magnet card to enter the rooms. The card would randomly stop working. After going to the front desk various times they told us that the cards loose their magnet if they are close to our cell phone. I wished they gave us this warning or maybe had a way we can carry cards without them being in our pocket/close to our phone.

Unfortunately, we missed breakfast but the room was really clean and comfortable. We slept really well. We liked the setup in the bathroom. All Dove products and the shower as well as the mirror was over sized and it was well lite. I did enjoy having coffee in the snack area and there was a good choice of free items as well as items to purchase. Staff was really friendly.

The place is very nice. We enjoy our stay. We have stayed here many times and we got to talk with the breakfast employee. She was so nice and respectful.

The bed was so hard and it was very surprising to us because we’ve stayed here many times and had a great comfortable bed, but for some reason in room 107 the room bed is not comfortable whatsoever

Breakfast is decent. Room is clean and spacious. Cleaning service is on everyday, i.e. no need to make a request. Overall, the experience matches the price and expectation well. In addition, Old Spaghetti Factory is right across the street and only 1-2 minutes of walk.

Location near all the stores and restaurants

Housekeeping being was subpar we found dirty food, wrappers, and stuff around the room. Additionally, there was no light designated for the kitchenette area and you had to turn on the bathroom light to get any light to make coffee..

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very large and very well equipped with very comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was great.

There is not much in the immediate area around the hotel, but all amenities are a short drive away

Good location walkable to restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean, quiet, and modernized. Breakfast was basic but plenty of items to start your day. Maybe some healthier selections would be nice but overall was good. Coffee and tea bar available all day!

Small self serve water and snack shop quite pricey.

There was no air conditioning at living room part of the room where the sofa bed is so we had to set the air conditioner in the other room to low temperature to try and cool the entire room. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with thin mattress so the frame of the bed pressed against my body.

We thought the room we were assigned was quite comfortable and the breakfast, although simple, was more than adequate. The room was very clean and quiet. I also appreciated that coffee and tea were available to guests 24/7.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. We would stay there again in the future.

The room and restroom were very clean. The kind lady preparing the breakfast in the morning was professional and welcoming. This holds true for the front desk staff as well as the cleaners. My overall stay was outstanding and enjoyable.

Based on my own personal experience with the hotel and interacting with the staff members, I really can't say I dislike anything other than the heat of the day outside the hotel.
