The 24 hour breakfast sandwich that was available was delicious and I highly recommend it. The free coffee was my favorite part. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed a few drinks and dinner at the bar with Tom and John. Both were great! The other guests were friendly and easy to strike up conversations. We loved our stay there and will be back. There were some really good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance that we enjoyed. The staff was great telling us about them. Loved it there.
The shower pressure; BUT....I heard they are in the midst of upgrading, It was fine, but not great. The shower by the pool was much better and we utilized that after our hot tub and pool fun. They need more hooks in the closet area. Very minor issues, I am only saying because you asked. The place is wonderful and we will be back!

This place never disappoints. The staff was so friendly & my dog loved the treats from the guys at the front desk. I was there to celebrate my birthday. The original room I was assigned was small for 2 people and my dog with her crate. So they upgraded me to a larger room at no cost to me. The weather was great and even though it was during the weekdays and wasn't busy, I was able to get some much needed relaxing time in. They were also gracious in letting me have a late check out. Thanks for making my birthday trip a great time.

It was a good location with a friendly staff. Very clean.
The shower in room 26 was hard to adjust to the right temperature. The switches for the ceiling light and fan were in a strange place. Didn't discover where they were until the last day. When I was looking for a room booking.com implied that there was just a few rooms left but once I arrived at CCBC you could tell there were alot of rooms available.

Only had coffee complementary for my husband . No tea for me. Some hot water and tea bags would have been nice. The staff at front desk and check in were very nice and professional. Tom at restaurant very friendly and informative, also Gilberto and John very nice and helpful.
I have worked at top hotels in America in many different positions , from Mgt to front desk to bellman and security. I always noticed the better places tell their staff about the five step rule . When your walking by a guest a little greeting of good morning or afternoon or evening is very welcoming to guests. I didn’t see it on this trip. One other thing , the do not disturb cards didn’t stay on the door. Maybe the little slit cut on the cards kept them falling off.

I loved the staff and the room, the facility was very well taken care of and the people were great. All of the rooms have a microwave and fridge, I recommend picking up some frozen food from the Target in case you get hungry after the Resturant closes because then you won't have to leave the establishment and you won't want to.
I'd like to see a shower hose with a shower head on it in each room, that's a no brainer and a cheap upgrade. The whole point of getting a room instead of a day pass is having your own personal space and needs met.

PLEASE NOTE -- This is a clothing optional gay men's resort. Assuming this is what you're looking for, it's actually quite nice -- large, attractive property, well-landscaped, nice pool, lots of interesting corners to explore. Rooms are large, very clean and nicely-appointed, staff is helpful, crowd is generally friendly. Full heat of Summer when I was there, so unusually calm and quiet -- actually just what I was looking for.
A little expensive.

The staff were amazing. They were always happy and welcoming which really gives the place great energy. They took care of any request quickly and didn't make guests feel like they were bothering them when requesting something or asking questions. One of the guys that cleans the rooms was my favorite, it was my first time at a resort like this and I wasn't exactly sure what "activities" were allowed in certain areas so he gave me the rundown of what was acceptable and what wasn't. I didn't get his name but every time I saw him on the property it made me smile. The employees of any business can really make or break it and this place really stands out above other properties like this that I've visited by creating a workplace culture that is positive, energetic and welcoming. You guys rock!!
The only thing that I didn't like was the location of my room. I was all the way at the edge of the property and there wasn't very much going on. I realize that everyone can't have a room in the main traffic area so it wasn't a big deal but next time I'll know to request a room in the main area.

The grounds and facilities are well maintained. Nice swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, extracurricular activities area. The room is fairly large, the bed comfortable and lots of storage space for clothes. Room included a small refrigerator and microwave for snacks. My only complaint is that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and select the proper temperature of water.
Shower faucet did not work well, very difficult to turn on and select appropriate water temperature. Like all of the Palm Springs/Cathedral City area room prices are extremely expensive so the value for your money spent is lacking.

This was my first visit. I truly enjoyed the freedom of clothing optional. The playrooms were 'playful'. Staff were super friendly and made me feel like I was one of them. It appears there are some other features under construction I would have like to have known a timeline on those
Those areas that appeared underconstruction. Are they or aren't they? Are those areas a fantasy for the future? What are they designated for?

The staff was very welcoming, with John and Ian checking us in, and a few other sweet receptionists that we occasionally dealt with but didn’t catch their names. We loved how they shaded the pool so we could enjoy during the day out in the desert and it was just nice to run around nude on the property. The play areas were also lots of fun.
I wish they would start a rewards club here, it would be nice to receive special offers, etc, and we would def visit as often as we could.
