I stayed here based on other's reviews and it did not disappoint. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with a pretty good variety. All in all I thought it was a great experience.

Hotel beds are very springy -- we have temperpedic beds at home so it's not really a criticism but something we're not used to... whenever my wife would roll over I'd wake up. Again - that's just a bed type. I'd love it though, if there was a bed type option. Wishful thinking, I know.

This is one of the two nicest properties we have stayed at in all our travels. The facility and staff were the most friendly and accommodating that we have encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. We will without a doubt be staying here again in the future.

Everything was good. Would have gotten a higher rating if the error wasn't made. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Somehow I was checked out the day before I was supposed to be at 3am. The cleaning lady came in to clean and that is how I found out. If I wasn't in the room I wouldn't have even known and my stuff would have probably been moved. This didn't make me feel comfortable. I did go down to the front desk and had to put another hold on my card for the last night. The money was straightened out the day I left. When I checked in, there were cookie crumbs all over the floor and the pool was out of service.

The location was very convenient to UNC, restaurants and shopping. This is not our first time in Greeley and each time we stay in a different hotel. The price was great with everything being costly this days. The staff was very polite and helpful. I appreciated the way they greeted us when we left and came back. It was quite where we were. We appreciated that considering at night the hotel was full. The breakfast was good and I especially enjoyed the potatoes. The room temperature was very comfortable as well.

I didn't care for the mattress on the bed. There felt like there was a lump in my back which was aggravating my back pain. My husband didn't care at all for the powdered eggs. he wanted real eggs. the day before our departure the elevator button broke to the 2nd floor. Didn't care for the stairs since I have trouble climbing them. Appreciated that a sign was put up to inform everyone.

This hotel was fantastic! We were only there for one night, but they were very accommodating. We came early to check in, and they were able to accommodate an early check in without any issues. We would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone who is planning a trip to Greeley.

Our only point of critique for this hotel was the breakfast. For our taste, we didn't enjoy the breakfast as much as other hotels we have been to. Do not let this deter you from the hotel, or believe that the breakfast was in any way sub par. The breakfast was good, but to our taste, we were left wanting. There was plenty to choose from, we simply tend to eat lighter for breakfast and enjoy more fruits and yogurt. If you are more the savory type for breakfast, then this place is what you are looking for.

From the minute i walked in, staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. I want to Colorado to spend what little time I had left with my 31 yr old son who was murdered in greeley Colorado during a robbery. When i got to the hotel i was greeted by a young lady name Janae and she was so polite, very professional, patient and super helpful. I was able to talk to her for awhile and I felt comfortable enough to explained the reason for my visit. She was very concerned and comforting. She understood my state of mind which was totally just a mixture of hurt anger fear heartbreak & undescribable sadness. During my stay there, I also met a oriental young lady named kindle I believe. She was working in the dining area serving breakfast. She also was very polite and helpful. It was nice being in a hotel with understanding and compassionate women who genuinely cared about me and my situation. I believe I found new friends there at the hotel and I am very thankful I chose to stay there. I would give these 2 lady's a raise if I was able to and employee of the month rewards. I loved my stay there at the best western in greeley and I will be returning to colorado for the court trials in the near future and will hopefully be staying at your hotel. Thank you

Breakfast

The breakfast was great. There was a pool even thou we didn't swim. Everyone was professional and helpful. This was a last minute booking after a cancellation from the previous facility. Our room was clean & comfortable. Very quiet.

All staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The entire facility was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

It was obvious that during Covid lockdown BW had used the time to clean, refurbish, and remodel. Each and every staff member we encountered, even for the smallest of things, were very friendly and helpful. Even the breakfast was good. We haven't stayed at a BW for quite some time. We will in the future, especial this one! We thought we would try a different place than one of our usual. BW is now at the top of our list. Price was reasonable as well.

Great location - close to restaurants and stores, while also isolated enough to be quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.
