the inside is beautiful, and I love the first floor seating area outside.

I don’t like that the pool closes at 10, especially when we just returned home from an all day competition, and didn’t get back till 9:30. The kids only swam for 25 minutes after a long, hard day. Also, my room smelt of mildew and was extremely damp. The carpets, the furniture, and sheets were all damp.

Loved the spacious room with the mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really good!

They changed our room rate the last night and charged us for parking both days when I asked the first day at the desk they said it wouldn't be charged, but then I had to spend half hour on the phone getting the parking removed and they couldn't refund the higher room rate.

I love the fact that Embassy Suites is situated away from Irlo Bronson Parkway, but is still conveniently located to the businesses in the area. From the staff to the cleanliness of the room, every was perfect.

Had concerns about card being swiped too many times for incidental fee. After getting to my room i checked my account and sure enough I was charged twice. I went back to the front desk where there was a dofferent receptionist asked her to be sure that i was not charged twice as it showed on my banking app, she seemed to have had an attitude by tone in her voice telling me the card was not charged more than once even though i saw the transaction on my account. She ssemed pretty bother so i just went back to my room… The fees were later refunded 5 days

everything it’s a gorgeous hotel Friendly Staff Very Clean Suites Very Quiet and Beds are so Comfortable. Haven’t made it to Happy Hour yet but as for the Breakfast Buffet it is to die for they have almost anything to eat they even have where you can have them make your own omelette Drinks they got your daily juice, coffee and condiments and if your a soda drinker in the morning they have that too. I really enjoyed my stay at the most Beauitful Hotel in Kissimmee ❤️❤️❤️

The only thing I don’t like about this property is that you have to pay for your own parking I mean $13 it’s just crazy I don’t like paying $13 I mean that they shouldn’t even have paid parking I think the parking should be free

We have stayed here before, and really like the location, as well as the breakfast. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are always clean. We definitely plan to stay here any time we come to Orlando.

Customer service of your staff was excellent. I work in customer service and your staff was excellent. I didn't have to ask for anything because they anticipated my future needs and made sure I had everything I needed. I was tired when i got there and didn't want to go out to eat. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. I had a very pleasant stay. I will definitely be back.

There were no cons. Everything was perfect.

While the room was nice and the people at the desk were helpful when checking in there were some things overlooked. Breakfast was included in our reservation and we were NOT told that it was serviced outside the restaurant area in the lobby. We saw that are empty both days that we were there and it wasn't until our last afternoon that we saw a sign in one hall pointing to the "Breakfast area". There was no information given to us and we just assumed that like other hotels they were not providing breakfast. The room was nice but the CARPET was filthy. I walked around the room barefooted in the morning and when I stepped into the shower I noticed that I had REALLY BLACK footprints in the tub.

There was no housekeeping due to their COVID19 restrictions which meant that we had to call to have coffee replenished and towels. While this wasn’t a major deal it was meant that we had to plan to ask about items while going or coming and then they were dropped inside the door.

The breakfast offered was a very nice perk.

Upon arrival, the room was delayed for an hour and a half. Checked in at 5:30pm and only one key worked. I was unaware that housekeeping had to be requested. I was not pleased to walk into a messy room at 3:00pm. Female representative at check-out on 12/30/21 at 10:30am was not very friendly when a parking charge was disputed due to a key malfunction. Reluctantly, a credit was given. Customer service should be priority number one.

The big rooms plenty of space! Staff very helpful the restaurant was good as well. Last but not least HAPPY HOUR free cocktails from 5:30-7pm with snacks for all was awesome as well.
