Cool little hotel in a great, great location. Two short blocks from South beach, which is superb. The whole area (Collins/Lincoln Rd) is really fun and walkable, lots of people, good restaurants and bars. The staff was super, and very helpful. Room was fine, bathroom a little cramped (one person at a time).

Major building construction right next door; fortunately our stay was (mostly) over the weekend so they weren't working. No parking, had to schlep to a public parking garage a few blocks away, but only $20 a night, can't really complain about that! Can't check in until (literally) 4PM which is a bit of a hassle, but they hold your luggage for you, so again, not that big a deal.

It was very clean and the hotel as a whole smelled always very good and very clean, the location is also perfect, in the heart of Miami Beach and very close to the beach and Lincoln road. The staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. Very comfortable beds.

Location was good. At the reception they give towels to go to the beach, and they offer 2 chairs per room at their private area at the beach. I didn't go, but they said we can use the pool from the other hotel. Friendly staff, they would give recommendations when we asked.

Considering we were two girls, the room was too dark to do make-up at night and there was only a small/medium mirror in the bathroom. I think the room should have more light and there should be a big mirror in the bathroom.

it’s not a high price hotel, so didn’t wait a lot from it, but it’s clean and in a good location. staff was really friendly and helpful. I wish they have their own swimming pool and a restaurant may be (we knew about swimming pool at the hotel next to it, but it was dirty)

Room space, ac, room light and no water in the room. Taking so much taxes, resort fee of 30$ usd and paying 392$ Cad. Atleast one can except a basic necessity which is water.

Perfect location. Can get anywhere with the free trolley pick up in front of the hotel. Original Art Deco charm.

Bathroom could stand an upgrade.

Cute hotel in an amazing location. Easy to get around with trolley stops nearby and tons of shops and restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Room was sparse but bed bed and shower were excellent. Breakfast was coffee and powder creamer and individually wrapped pasties. No juice or fruit. But location is near many coffee bars. Did have difficulty obtaining my free 30 mins on kayak/paddle board. The rental company had no clue about the Greenview hotel arrangement to use their equipment. Also you have a $30 resort fee for 2 towels and two lounge at 21st street but no umbrella. The hotel is at 17th street so it is a hike!! Overall great location to all attractions, restaurants and most importantly bus and trolley! I Do recommend this hotel.

Great location, great price, friendly staff.

The older, slightly musty, building brought on the kids' allergies. However, it wasn't serious and we would happily stay here again.

The only problem is the bathroom that is really small, but all the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful, the location is amazing! Super close to the beach, there are beach chairs and towels included and other services like kayak ride. I love it a lot! It is really close to everything. The bed is amazing good. We slept very well.
