Our room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. Staff was very helpful. Great location to get to the airport. Airport transfer driver was excellent, van very clean. We would stay there again.

The lobby was very messy when we arrived. Garbage bags full waiting to go out. I suspect it was the breakfast cleanup and the check in/check out change. Staff was helpful, got us settled. There was a very rude guest checking in. She caused quite a disruption. A female staff member managed her well, got her out of the lobby into a room and then checked the rest of us in. When we came back out to the lobby, everything was clean, organized, and the staff was well prepared for the usual questions about the pool, local eateries and deliveries, and the transport vans. Lobby decor was fine but could be freshened. We would stay again. Thank you.

Shuttle app was very accurate and we were picked up as we exited the airport. Room was comfy and breakfast was very tasty. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the cruise port which was a bonus.

Great location for Miami Airport with Free Shuttle--about 10 mins depending on traffic. The staff at the hotel always have treated me like family, willing to go the extra mile to store bags, put in a crib, or give help and directions. Rooms are well equipped with mini fridge, microwave in-room safe. The breakfast buffet is plentiful including waffles, toast, bagels, eggs and sausage.

The rooms and carpets could use some freshening up.

The room was excellent.

The driver could have been my grandfather yet he was creepy and very inappropriate. Giving a young lady whom he had never met sweet eye and saying baby fall into me when opening the door for my exit was very inappropriate.

The breakfast was great and way more than I expected. The shuttle service was very professional and appreciated.

The decor was a little tired especially in the entrance and corridor but quite acceptable.

Easy to get to, lots of parking, clean, well-air-conditioned.

Ok, so I’ve had lots of hotel breakfasts at cheap hotels, do I’m not expecting much. But this had to be one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. Scrambled egg product, mystery meat, flavorless make-your-own waffles with goopy syrup, choice of two generic cereals, etc. Even the coffee sucked. And the dining room? 8 small tables in a cramped corner of the 1st floor lounge. Nonetheless, I’d stay here again if the price was right. There’s a Denny’s a few blocks away.

I wish the shuttle will work from 5 am Check in staff should learn more about how the get around using public transportation to key points of interest eg dolphin mall take 338 bus , doral mall take the train south to last stop, Walmart take train to Northside …. How to get to bright line train station stop at historic overtown / lyric theatre…. The 36th street bus will Drop you right in front of the hotel instead of going all the way to the airport stop from dolphin mall… these are things your staff should know

If the breakfast was just a little better (rotating egg dishes each morning and maybe the addition of oatmeal) the stay would have been outstanding instead of very good.

The one egg dish at breakfast was never full except on Sunday.

The staff was very kind and accommodated my request for an early check-in. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was very helpful and kind.

The bed in my room was a bit uncomfortable. The eating area was a bit small and congested for the amount of guest the hotel accommodates.

The staff and the treat of all of them to us was exceptional especially the lady that atends the breakfast, she was very kind with all. Also the parking place was very good and the people that cleans the rooms.

What my wife and I didnt like was the bathroon place, the shower place was a little bit uncomfortable and wear, the door doesnt close well causing the water drops spears all over the place. Overall the hotel installations are perfect and at our other experiences full of adventages.......Very happy with You.
