Very clean and lovely building, room was beautiful and went above and beyond for a birthday booking with wine, chocolate, cake and a card being left in the room.

We accidentally left behind something in the room, after 3 calls to the hotel we were told nothing was found and to email housekeeping who still have not responded to us. The item was defiantly left in the room. Very difficult to get our item returned or found.

Stayed for my partners 30th birthday & was lovely would 100% return. Arrived to a nice glass of bubbly at the entrance then the room had a surprise cake which tasted very good, chocolates & wine with the view of the shard/gherkin ect. We were given a complimentary upgrade to the executive room & they included breakfast too at no extra cost which was delicious. We used the pool & sauna area in the evening and again the next morning which was lovely & relaxing also included in the stay! Room is cosy, bath is huge, Beds were huge & comfortable, staff were very nice & the location is good too! The late checkout was good too!

Only tiny downfall is between certain times there’s quite a few children in the pool/sauna area but when we went in the morning around 11:30 it was a lot quieter!

Everything was 10/10 from spa to room to breakfast

Other customers using phone in spa which made it very uncomfortable for myself as phones were out while as spa we wanted to relax and enjoy our stay, and sock worn at spa did make strange

The hotel was excellent, in a superb location, quiet and 5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Breakfast offered the usual selection of hot and continental choices. A very small criticism is that if you are going to offer breakfast until 11am, then there still needs to be tables made up and plenty of choice left in the buffet. It was all looking very depleted when we went down at 10.30. Also, my daughter asked the chef for a poached egg but was told she needed to go through the waiter, which seemed unnecessary. However, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Close to the Tower Hill tube station, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, River Thames. Easy connections to Heathrow. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were lovely, beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of various pubs and restaurants.

Although our room was clean, the rug had not been vacuumed. Lots of ambient lighting but no light by the couch or easy chair for reading. Also 2 out of 5 nights were noisy well past 11 pm and I know the hotel cannot be held responsible for rude and inconsiderate guests but I've always wished there was an option for a "quiet" floor where those quests commit to no noise after 10 pm

The whole hotel was lovely, and the staff were great. The pool and sauna 😍 It's a lovely family-friendly place with staff always checking if everything was OK and if there was anything else they could do for you. Great customer service in most areas of the hotel.

I wasn't happy with the restaurant as on Christmas day we waited an hour for our food and when it arrived it was cold, so ended up walking out and feeling disappointed with the service. They didn't keep the customer's updated, I had to ask 3 different staff when my meal was coming and what was the hold up, but I didn't get a satisfactory response. This was the only area I was disappointed by.

Room and its facilities were excellent. Spa also Directions were not easy - especially with other Leonardo hotels in the vicinity Spa reception staff - pleasant and helpful.

Lifts are a nightmare- too few ; too slow too small. we wasted so much time but were on a high floor so unavoidable with luggage. I think the rooms are generally well sound proofed but on our second night we were disturbed by other residents- we think above us. Eco - I should appreciate you offering operational instructions for NOT changing bedding and Not swapping towels. I tried to explain this to a lovely cleaner but she didn't fully understand. Being more eco friendly -eg no plastic wet bags in spa etc.

The hotel in general was nice and the staff was nice and the lactation was very good the breakfast was good the lobby area was great

The rooms smell and look dated the bathrooms are small we had to move rooms once as it smelt and when we got the new room it had rotten food , chicken left in the fridge that stunk not good at all we paid £230 for the night that was a wast of money in my opinion as for breakfast the man that makes the omlets needs to enjoy his job and start to smile . So just to sum this up we stay in London a few times a year on and of and stay at other hotels in your area and in my opinion they are better for the money !!

Cleaning was below avg 3* hotel, while everything else is definitely 4*. When we checked in, there were a couple of issues like somebody's hair in the shower and torn bed sheets. The towels were definitely washed, but they had non-washable stains. Sometimes housekeeping could forget to clean some parts of the room or to take out one of the trash bins.
