Clean hotel with Nice lobby. Very helpful & friendly staff. Our request to provide boiled eggs in breakfast was accepted and it was very well taken care off without any reminder. It’s less than 5 mins walk from Gallieni metro station.

My room for 4 people was little congested to move around and there were not enough pillows for all of us. A slightly bigger room would have been better. Same breakfast everyday is boring if one stays for more than 2 days. So please have different menu for breakfast.

The room with canape was wide, the personnel was pleasant, but a lil bit slow. Good location, not far from shopping centre and metro station.

They have problems with canalisation, the water didn’t go from the sink, the shower was always very hot. The wifi didn’t work well. We had two reservations and asked to leave us in one and the same room and not disturb us with check out. We asked many times, but they were calling about check out anyway. No slippers in the room.

Breakfast was awesome. Restaurant across the street Le Toquet, food was amazing too! Metro station and buses avsilable and near by.

Another bed instead of sofa bed. Electrical outlets that work or provide adaptors. For some reason none of my electrical pieces worked. Hot rollers didn’t work , steamer didn’t work . Maybe it is just an Europe “thing”. I purchased adapters and still didn’t work, there was smoke coming out of my hot rollers ! Some information on what we are able to plug in before arrival will be tremendously helpful.

Breakfast was really delicious and with enough variety of food. Special thx for the nice staff who brought my daughter gluten free bread and cookies.

The lobby and reception fulfill highest word standards but when it comes to the rooms, well I think the rooms need some update. The sensation of "previous" era is overwhelming :) however I'd like to stress that room and bedding /towels were very clean.

My friend and I stayed at the Novotel for a convention and we picked it solely for the ease of access to get to our event (taking place at the hotel). We were able to check in early after our long flights (which was great!). Housekeeping was thorough and we never lacked any amenities. Being able to just jump into the elevator to get to our event was so nice!

Elevators were very slow at times. Due to their small size, you often had to wait for awhile to be able to get an empty one. Air conditioning in rooms and event space could have been better.

Comfortable bed and spaces, quiet and close to underground station.

The few staff members I got to interact with were a bit rushed and didn't come across as too friendly. I was stopped in the hallway to be asked why a "do not disturb" sign was on my door, which felt a little intrusive considering that sign exists for a reason. But all in all, that didn't affect my overall perception of my stay. For a 4 star hotel I could have expected a better stocked mini fridge, but I got everything I needed from a nearby shop and had a decent time in the end.

The hotel is worth the amount you pay and mostly staff are very helpful. The staff member Mohsin was an absoloutely amazing guy and helped us loads! The best staff Ever!

There was a buffet breakfast and you can find enough options for all types of food habits. Our room was a suite with a great view from the window of the full landscape of Paris and the Eiffel tower.

Room service was lacking; we didn't get any liquid soap for the toilet and got only one bathrobe and sandal set for two adults. Informed reception immediately and contacted room service but sadly we didn't receive any till the end. We are there for four nights but they failed to solve this problem though I let them know thrice.

The decor is nice. The bed is super comfy and the twin room is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would stay here again. I liked that they had an iron room and a gym. I liked that the toilet is separate from the actual bathtub too.

It would’ve been nice if the window in the room could’ve opened or if there was an extractor fan in the bathroom.

I liked the food it was excellent, especially the last evening meal. The facilities were not bad, but I did not book right as a disabled person, but I managed

As I said the facilities were not perfect there eas a bath with a shower which is difficult for me to get out of my fault I should have taken my time booking.
