perfect location - just above the tube stop. bed very comfortable. shops just next to the hotel, easy to get all your needs.

• cleaning - toilet with hair from previous guests, and dust all over around the bedsides, the phone, the bed frame... also the towel one day they been changed but they were dirty. • lights - there was only one main light next to the door, so far from the rest of the room… at some point it was very dark. • space - rooms are very small. In the toilet was missing a shelf or place where to drop your stuff…

The hotel is just in front of the metro station of Porte de Bagnolet (metro 3), the neighborhood is safe and nice (since I was traveling alone I've valued this a lot). The room was nice and comfortable, even if the furniture is a bit old. The view from the window was really pretty. The service was great, the room was cleaned daily and the staff is welcoming.

Walls are thin so you can hear when the other guests enter their rooms, and you hear noises from the street (not a problem for me but if you're sensitive take it into account). The shower is very little.

Since we are moving from Paris, and there were affaires to be taken care of during the last 3 days, we choose this hotel which is 2 mins away from our old apartment. Location perfect for us; Super clean; Safe; All the staff extremely friendly and helpful; Right beside line3 metro which has good connections with almost all the other line, and lead you to all the train stations. Very good price for Paris.

It is beside main road, so a bit noisy, especially with the construction right now;

The staff was nice and friendly, facilities were nice may be a little old. The sfaff saved our luggage for a while before farewell the city. Good location for the train stations.

I had to pay extra taxes but seems to be that those are for the city but please booking inform that before.

I liked the location next to a subway station, ir is convenient and you get to the metro in 2 minutes. That allows you to go to City center in 25 to 30 minutes. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful, they are really well trained and you will have a pleasant experience interacting with them!

The shower had a small bathtub which made it difficult to enter the shower and more difficult for any senior or disabled person. Internet was really slow.

Think it’s a good value for the money. There are places for breakfast, food shops, staff helps when there are questions.

Given the money and that it’s Paris it’s ok. The heating in the hotel could work better, the districts looked safe but not Fancy. The hotel is not new and didn’t see renovation for a while.

I spent 4 days at Hipotel Paris Belgrand, the location is really convenient. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the hotel is right next to Porte de Bagnolet metro station and at walking distance from Gambetta metro station. The room was quiet and comfortable.

There is no lounge in the ground floor and no amenities inside the hotel.

The hotel and the room was small but really cute and always clean (the room was cleaned and the towels were changed everyday). The place was very comfortable (many cafes, bakerys, markets 1 min away from the hotel). It was easy to reach centre with metro, but not too far even to go to the centre by foot. The hotel was better than we expected for such price, if I had to go to Paris with the same budget - would choose the same hotel.

It was cold in the bathroom.

Great location (close to the Pere Lachaise cemetery and the Expo des Lumières, which I highly recommend) in a nice neighbourhood, with lots of cafés, restaurants, shops etc., metro stop right in front of the hotel (approx. 20 min. by metro to the city center), very clean, very nice staff - all in all a great experience and good value for money, I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say that can be a problem is the room insulation/very thin walls - but this is an issue in Paris, in general. Luckily for me the other guests were pretty well behaved so that didn't cause too much trouble.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hipotel! The room was small but it had everything we needed including a desk, TV, water cooker, coffee, tea, comfortable beds and an awesome heater. The bathroom was pretty big. The staff was very kind! The hotel is in a beautiful part of Paris with a metro station right outside. Great deal!! Thanks!
