Great location for us. Close to 2 metro stops.. As it is near a residential neighborhood the local shops are good value.. The beds were comfortable. We had 3 single beds for 3 people which is what we wanted and was difficult to find in other hotels. The staff were friendly and kind. The walls are thick and we heard nothing from any neighbours. The room was very clean.

The top bunk bed was hard to get out of because the place where the steps was had not got lowered rails. It also creaked a bit.

Room was fine, having breakfast included was a bonus. Reasonably convenient location although not much going on in the immediate vicinity.

We should have been given clearly informed that the outside gate was locked at night and given clear directions on where we needed to ring reception for entry.

The hotel staff is extraordinary, especially one young receptionist (unfortunately I don't know his name) who helped with the accommodation of our friends who were not initially accommodated in that hotel. The breakfast was good with a choice for everyone. Behind the hotel is a large sports complex with a soccer field, beach volleyball, a swimming pool, an athletics track and an outdoor gym, so if you like sports, you will like the surroundings. Near the Bagnolet metro station there are several grocery stores open until 21:00 and few restaurants including McDonalds which was very important for our kids. :)

The air condition did not cool well, so it was a bit hot in the room during the night. The hotel is located between two metro stations - Bagnolet and Montreuil. Bagnolet is generally safe, but Montreuil is full of shaddy-looking people and street vendors so it is better to avoid Montreuil metro station.

1, The staff are always ready to help and communicate well in English. 2, The mattress is comfortable for us. We had great sleep almost every night. 3, The best price performance ratio. 4, There is a play area in garden that my kid really loved. 5, Not faraway from bus stops and metro station and tram stations.

The following feedback is just room for improving but not disadvantages. As mentioned, the room for improving might improve cost. 1, The canteen can be more clean. Clean up more often, clean up even the window. 2, The breakfast time can be longer like until 10. Currently is until 9:00. 3, The room can be more clean like tables, bedding.

We took a 4 bad family room. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough. The bathroom, the same, big , clean with an open shower that worked perfectly. The breakfast is bufet type, not with many options, only milk, croisants, bred, butter,1 type ham, 1 type cheese, jam and yaugurt. Enough as to eat something , I guess. It is a very good option to stay for the money.

The only inconvenient is related to the fact that the air system works constantly, day and night and you do not gave controls for it in the room to stop it. During night if someone has sensible sleep, this could be trouble because it is noisy.

The location was good, easy to get to the metro station. I came to Paris by car and we got lucky for the parking spot in the building area, but it was 10 euro per night not free as mentioned ( it’s a good price tho for Paris) The room was comfy, just the shower was difficult without curtains so all over were wet. The breakfast was super and delicious! Friendly staff.

We booked a room for 3 people on the first day we got only 2 blankets. Its winter so we need the blanket.. on the second day they changed the towels and we only got 2 towels instead of 3. We complained about this but they said they will deliver it to the room and it never came in the end.

The customer service was very good all staff went extra mile and was extremely helpful all fraindly and happy to talk to you and advice you

The pillows and there where no shower tray and glass shelfs where you the bathroom sinks is pillow should like a proper pillow not like bean bag time and all showers must have a shower tray and glass we never use shower for during our stsy becouse of this problem and its deficit to wash hands becouse the glass is in the way and room lighting needs improvement was to dark the room

The bedroom quality

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is located in a green and quite quiet street. Close to the public transport stops, grocery shops. Some personnel is very friendly and helpful (some are a little bit too much intrusive). The breakfast was included (7.30 to 9.30 am) and it was possible to borrow a kettle and a hair dryer at the reception.

This Paris area is not the best one. Apparently the season heating was already switched off (April) and it was cold in the room, especially when you go out of the shower. Breakfast is rather modest: one type of bread, of chese, two types of cereals, etc. but it is as shown on the hotel photos. However, quite a big choice of hot and cold drinks. The price is a little bit high for this type of hotel. Apparently often a place of stay of children and teenagers groups.

The beat thing I can say about this place is about the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Very helpful also. The second beat thing is the location. The nearest bus stop is about a minute walk away.

The breakfast. Had to eat the same stuff for three days. Not much variety. Would love to have different kind of cheese, as well as different kind of bread. Some vegetables could.also be useful. Would also prefer the milk used for the cereals to be a little warm. Cold.milm for cereals is a no go.
