The breakfast was amazing, with varied options! We only used the room to sleep, so it was quite sufficient in terms of space. The bathroom was clean, the beds made daily. The staff was super nice and helpful!

The only thing that we didn't love at first, was how warm the bedroom was. We had to open the hallway door in the middle of the night to allow some air circulation, since the windows aren't openable. By the second and third nights, we didn't feel the same problem!

The staff were extremely unfriendly. Not sure if this was the case since it was very busy. The guy who signed us in seemed like as though he was mocking us as he was speaking to his other colleague (which looked like he was speaking about us) with a grin on his face speaking in another language. Pool water was cold. I however do need to add that at the time of check out, the staff were extremely helpful. Its expensive for the facilities

Breakfast was good in spite of not a big choice what to eat - everyday the same (bread, croissants, cheese, fruit), room was small but quite cleaned well - everyday make uped room and fresh towels, we were there for a week but we slept the whole week in the same bed sheets - never changed, prrsonal was nice and friendly.

The location is terrible, it’s literally scared me of.. montreuil is loud, noisy, smelly and dirty place full of wierd and rough people especially in the metro station area and after dark.

Breakfast is great. It takes some 600 meters to get to the nearest metro station. There is a Carrefour next door.

That the elevator to the 3rd floor was broken and everything got extremely complicated and frustrating to get the luggage to and from the car. Also, getting groceries to the car from Carrefour ended up in a big struggle. So, if you park, park on the 2nd or 1st floor, you otherwise get lost and totally frustrated for sure as the parking garage is a true monster in size, and you get lost, over and over again (when parked on the 3rd floor). The 3 persons bed is a 100% certainty to have a bump on your head before you check out. The 3rd bed is above the double bed, is having a steel frame and....................a true inconvenience when you are more than 1.20 meters tall.

Everything is very satisfied but the elevator was really a problem. We waited 30 minutes to go down to the Lobby. Receptionist Joachim very kind and helpful.

Only 2 elevator working and we waited for 30 minutes to get down to the lobby. spoiled my vocation mood. Luggage storage was full not even for a small bag but I saw, still available for other guest.

Very friendly staff, near two metro stations, easy access to the city of Paris. In the reception area there are many different vending machines, breakfast is good, enough options, good coffee. Very good value for money!

Neighborhood seemed little weird, but didn't feel unsafe. Door card wouldn't work but without any problem I they would give me renewed one. Elevators were slow and in the end of our stay, 2 of 3 didn't work.

Best location, best service💞🔆 Metro station is close to hotel. If you arrive or stay there on weekends, you can visit a local market and buy things like perfume...eiffel tower statue and many more. Best price! You will feel like visiting two+ cities at same time here (west African,Asia & Paris)

I have already informed reception on points to be improved....things are fine, only hotel needs to add some values on their services🤗🔆

The view from the top floor was amazing and from a distance we could see the top part of the eiffel tower and city view. It's 5mins work to train station and from Train station to Paris is about 50mins

I wish room was bigger and had open windows but nevertheless it was perfect for our stay and no noise from outside

Not bad, price is good, mcdonalds is right next door, the metro is also next door, the reception staff were good people, the black guy & the white guy were both very helpful, nice people, safe place & security always outside, easy to get ubers also, hey this place was great, no complaints at all, good price too, VIVA LA FRANCIA

I loved the view from my seventh floor room. I could see all of Paris Skyline including the Eiffel tower.

May be if they had given a hairdryer, that would have been useful. Also water got and stayed on the floor because shower partition wasnt big enough
