WE FOUND THE ROOM REALLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. IT WAS REALLY CLOSE TO METRO.

LOCATION WAS VERY FAR AWAY FROM THE CENTRE, SO WE SPENT TWO HOURS A DAY BACK AND FORTH. ALSO, ALTOUGH BREAKFAST TIME IS UNTIL TEN O CLOCK, THE SECOND DAY WE WENT FOR BREAKFAST A QUARTER TO TEN AND THERE WAS NO BREAD AND THE TRIRD DAY A QUARTER TO TEN WE FOUND THE DOOR CLOSED BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING TO EAT. WE ASKED FOR A REFUND OF OUR MONEY. ALSO WE WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A HAIR DRYER.

Very reasonable price. Convenient location, 30 second walk from metro station Gallieni. Also bus 351 from Gallieni takes you to and from Charles de Gaulle airport for just 1 t+ ticket (EUR1.90). A little sketchy area around the back so would not recommend going there but there is nothing there so assume noone would need to go there anyway. Average priced but nice restaurants in the surrounding. Mall with supermarket located next to metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk not open 24hours but very helpful. Room was clean and modern. Unlike many buildings in central Paris, buliding was relatively new and functional. Had mini-kitchen with utensils. Good wifi. Had no problem doing work. Comfortable temperature for winter with heater on. There is no air-conditioning so may be uncomfortable for summer. Bed was sofa-bed and a little small but comfortable matress so slept well. Stayed 6 nights but was nice and quite unlike some other reviews.

Unstable electricity. When you turn on the lights, TV, heater, and recharge phones at the same time, the lights turn dark. You have to take out your trash upon checkout but not much trouble.

Exceptionally clean. Room is exactly as shown in pictures, very comfortable bed. The location isn't close to any of the main attractions but its so close to the metro (come out of the station, cross the road and turn right, buzz into black gates, although they are usually open). The metro is so well connected, its easy getting anywhere in Paris. Lovely boulangerie next door as well as Le Toquet restaurant 2 doors away. They let us check in early as a room was ready and leave our baggage in the storage room so we could have a full day out on our last day.

The TV has limited channels (French) and it is not a smart tv (couldn't log into Netflix) but we brought as USB with us full of movies. Just like many have mentioned the shower isn't great, the pressure and temperature changes- We were on 11th floor. Lastly, we had an issue with tourist tax, I asked bookings.com before check in and they confirmed it was included in full price. The hotel said it was not. They tried to chase it up with bookings but didn't get a response before we checked out so we were charged separately. Bookings is processing a refund for this amount now. Not sure who to blame but both organisations need to sort this as it is happening with many.

Very tidy and lovely studio apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. The staff are there when you need them. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to restaurants and cafes. The public transportation is easy to access. We had a great stay!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The apartment itself is very close to the metro station. We had no major problems during our stay there. We have been explained everything beforehand. Enjoyed it !

The city tax is not included in the final amount although it is indicated so on booking.com. So be prepared to pay an extra amount. For 2 people and 3 nights, we payed 17 € in total. The area is not very central. Although it is very close to the metro station, do not expect much. It will still take at least half an hour to get to the main parts of the city.

I chose this hotel because reviews said a subway stop was nearby and also a grocery store, but these were UNDERSTATEMENTS! The last stop on subway line 3 (Gallieni) is right across the street from the hotel! There is also a bus from CDG Airport, #351, that takes you to the same stop for the price of 2.5 euros, or a subway ticket if you have one! And the grocery store across the highway underpass from the hotel is an Auchan - an amazing experience in itself. Our room had a small balcony which we greatly enjoyed, too.

We did not pay for the breakfast because a pastry shop was nearby and we also had kitchen facilities. I struggled with the locks on gates and entry doors, but this is not really a complaint since I felt so safe here. The area outside the hotel is safe as well, and my husband and I took some evening walks here. There are many student residences in the same courtyard.

Location was great as it was beside the metro, really handy travelling back and forward to tourist areas. Enough space in the room. Main thing it was clean.

Smell from the bathroom :( No hairdryer in the room, but can ask at the reception downstairs to lend for an hour If walk a bit further from the Metro-Supermarket-hotel route, the district is not clean

Location is next to metro and big commercial center with a huge supermarket. I loved having a balcony. Nice big bathroom. Kichenette with appliaces (refrigaror, two cookers, microwave etc). The bed was okay. It is quiet at night, with the doors to the balcony closed, you can hardly hear the highways or sounds of the city. Very friendly employees. I recommend this aparthotel to visitors who don't mind some extra stops in the metro. Thanks for a very comfy stay, I will certainly return here! :-)

The shower leaked water under the door, but this was easily dried, so not really a problem. A few extra towels (I got only one bath towel for and a smaller one for four nights), would have been nice. Ventilation in the room was a bit noisy.

Room was spotless and perfect for 1 person. Location was excellent, right across the street from the metro station (last stop on line 3)and a huge shopping centre/supermarket and next door to a restaurant and cafe. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Just minor things- a lamp on the bedside lockers but no plug for it just a USB? And only one socket beside the bed. Luckily I had an adapter with 2 USB slots so I could charge my phone and have the lamp on, but if I hadn't had that it would have been annoying. No screen so I couldn't have the balcony door open (well I did have it open for a short time and got 4 mosquito bites on my face lol) You have to take out the rubbish and do your dishes before you leave which is fine as I'm happy to clean up after myself. My one issue is the idea that the guest before me cleaned the dishes... so I gave them a rinse before I used them. Also FYI no AC just a fan. It wasn't too hot when I visited thankfully.
