Very friendly staff and a very good breakfast. This is an older building and they managed to keep the charm while being modern at the same time. The elevator is a good example as it looks like one from the old movies where they added an elevator in the middle of the staircases.

Parking is a bit tricky. There are 3-5 parking places directly in front of the hotel for checkin/checkout but then you will have to find your parking place elsewhere or use the hotel parking which is next street in a separate building. Parking spaces are limited there so better check during your reservation. The rooms are rather small - even though we got an upgrade from classic to superior room - but this was ok for a night.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is very conveniet and the reception staff are all very nice, especially the gentelman who worked the night shift. This is a pet-friendly hotel and our dog enjoyed his stay as well.

Such a beautiful and charming hotel. Perfect location, right in the middle of the city center and at walking distance from free overnight parking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Wonderful room, interesting and pretty design, comfortable bed and bathroom. A really nice City Hotel. Our dog was welcome!

It is a pity that this hotel does not have a restaurant, but the neighbouring Italian restaurant is excellent and so was a good replacement. Cosy atmosphere and nice food, good value for money.

The entry and exit to the parking was not easy with reasonably large car. Would be much better with a small car but lucky to havemparki g right in the centre of Bayonne

Stayed here before nearly eight years ago. We are happy to say that our exspectations for our stay were more than met. This hotel is a little gem with great restaurants and scenery on your doorstep.

The room was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Breakfast was good but the room is very small. Difficult to excess the toaster when busy and many people at the buffet making this very difficult to access

The service at breakfast! The staff was much too slow to clean the tables. They did not have the right sense for service. The food , however, met with our expectations.

Super comfy room and the bed was very comfy. Nice touch, the hotel had place 2 dog bowls in our room for our dog to use. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
