The hotel is just in the middle of the city centre, which is absolutely fantastic. It is a duplex with 2 single beds downstairs and one single bed upstairs next to the kitchen. Toilet was big and the shower was very good. In the kitchen we could find all necessary to cook. The heating was working absolutely fantastic, which was very nice, becase we got wet and it was cold outside.

Even if it is stated that a 200€ will be charge prior to obtaining the codes (via phone call) I had the problem of phoning the property from Spain. In the end, I asked a relative to make this call for me. At night, we heard party noises from the street, and also machines cleaning the street in the morning. Even if it is not too noisy, the fridge makes some noise during the night.

It’s hard to see from the photos but the building is new, so it’s nice and roomy and modern. Also the location is fantastic, smack centre in a lovely part of the town, so it was very convenient to walk everywhere.

The flip side of the central location is that it’s noisy - late into the evening with the nearby bars and restaurants, plus the binmen come in their trucks very early in the morning! That’s not really a problem in cooler months as your can close the windows and it has good double glazing to shut out all the noise. But you won’t be able to do this in summer as it’ll be too hot and there’s no aircon.

Apartament located in the centre of the town, very close to the beautiful cathedral and about 15 min walk to the train station. Everything was very clean. Instructions to get in clear. It was quiet during my stay. Small kitchen enough to prepare a quick meal. Nice to have a bathroom with a bathtub.

The process of obtaining deposit for the apartment should be improved. Calling foreign number incurred in extra phone bill charges. Had to call twice as nobody answered my first call. Would be easier if done online.

the apartment is in a very good location closed to many restaurants. Very modern and comfortable. The kitchen is very small but convenient if one does not want to go out to eat every day.

The apartment had a vis a vis and it is either a dark room with curtain close or no privacy as neighbours can overlook. A 200euro deposit was requested , i guess in case of some deterioration. It seems a message was sent a day before. This should be mentioned upon booking and not after.

The apartment is well equipted with basic necessities. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We stayed at the 3rd storey. The windows are soundproof, as long as you don't open the window, the noise from the street below won't be so terrible.

The location is great and strategic in the downtown, however at night after 10pm when we came back there were some shady people asking for money at the intersection near the place. And there were few bars below.

Spacious room and ideal location, the facilities are interesting and the place is really clean. It remains quite expensive, but it's in centre town so it's worth it!

It's full of light since there are a lot of windows but the system, as you'll see, is not very convenient (two layers of windows: it makes it difficult!). Apart from that it's fine and quite comfortable!

Amenities for cooking etc. Well equipped. Good location.

Locks very sticky and problematic every time. Not good if one can.t easily lock one,s room or get out of the building. Took a lot of patience. I liked the apartment option but might not stay again. Having to leave keys in a box far removed from front door also a problem. Odd atmosphere at night, with flashing lights outside window and groups of young men yelling and flashing lights. Last : this was not a touristy place with a concierge and advice or travel tips. Just a check in and drop off. Just to mention it. I am not a fussy traveller, so to mention these things is unusual. The efficiency apartment is relatively small, but comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook something on the stovetop. The WiFi is good. The apartment is quiet when the windows are closed. The location is good.

For the price, the apartment is fine for a couple of nights stay.

Trash was in bathroom garbage upon arrival though was immediately resolved. The number of mosquitos… I don’t know if apartment specific but including a fly swatter would be good if this is common.

The location was ideal for exploring Bayonne on foot.

The bins outside the hotel were emptied very loudly early (0500-0600) every morning, which made sleeping difficult. Also, one fan was not sufficient to cool down the place without opening the windows, which inevitably resulted in a lot of mosquitoes.
