I looked and looked and just couldn t find fault ! Every little thing was provided and foreseen, the soap , shampoo, body lotion, coffee anf tea facilities, the make up mirror., free sparkling and still water,the decoration fabulous, the bed confortable, the sheets and pillows soft , the black out curtains, the quiet AC, and last but not least the friendly personnel.., the location....It feels like staying with old friends. I did not want to leave ! A lot of effort is being put into making this hotel so nice. Thank you.

That I had to leave after 1 night only. i did not care much for the decoration of the bedrooms on the pictures but it was so much better in reality than on the website .

Incredible stay with Hotel Konti. Loved the amenities, location and super friendly staff. I had the pleasure of staying in their suite and it was just wonderful (especially when hiding out from the summer heat). Impeccable housekeeping, right in the centre of Bordeaux. The water dispenser and coffee in the lobby was also just perfect.

I stayed on the second floor and could usually hear people walking on the stairs/dragging their luggage I suppose. Also the shower barrier isn't long enough so water kept overflowing to the floor but both not a big issue. Lastly, housekeeping kept turning the aircon to 18 degrees at the highest fan even when I turned it off, not sure why!

Hotel Konti is well located in a beautiful part of Bordeaux. All the desirable amenities are within walking distance including a variety of cafes and restaurants, and plenty of shops. The hotel itself is well decorated throughout. Care has been taken with the design of communal spaces as well as the rooms. Hotel Konti’s staff are friendly and happy to help us whenever they can. The entrance foyer has a free refreshment station which was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of hot and cold options.

The room is clean and tidy, but there is little storage space. Just a short rail with a couple of hangers means that most of our clothes remain in the suitcases for the duration of our stay. Not a big problem, but a chest of drawers and more hanger space would be better.

Great location, nice decor, friendly staff

Good service but they do not accommodate small requests. I arrived early morning from a trans-Atlantic flight asking to provide any room (single or double) that would be ready the soonest since I did not sleep for the last 24hr. I came back to the hotel at 3pm, the room was not yet ready. However, other customers from Europe had their rooms ready at that time. I also indicated that I do not want a room cleaning service. I put the note on the door as requested and informed the front desk. However that room has been cleaned, and someone organized my personal belongings.

Excellent hotel--Camille and all the people at the reception are fantastic and went very far to make sure my stay was terrific! The breakfast can't be beat, so please be sure to include it in your booking if you are thinking about whether or not to--everything imaginable is there, and it's so delicious. The location is AMAZING!! You can reach lots in Bordeaux center fast with terrific access, stores, restaurants, museums all in walking distance.

The staff of the hotel was really nice and you could see that the hotel was recently renovated. The location was simply perfect, walking distance from everywhere. The breakfast was really nice with different options even soy milk for vegetarians. The room was always warm and the bed very comfortable.

The bathroom in our room was quite small and was in front of our bed in a way that we could barely open the bathroom door without touching our bed as well.

Great location, it has a boutique feel, lovely decor etc. It doesn’t just feel like a run of the mill hotel. The hotel is located centrally and was very convenient to central Bordeaux. They also had a deal with a local underground carpark giving half price parking for 24hrs.

The breakfast was a continental type, but with bacon and egg added in. If you get a good deal on it it’s worth it - not sure if it’s worth some of the amounts quoted. You could do better in surrounding cafes. The staff were lovely and attentive and it is there for convenience, just my opinion.

Perfect location, very charming hotel.

Fantastic central location at a good price. Helpful staff and clean room with AC and double glazing to keep out street noise. They have an arrangement with a local parking facility, but we didn't realize this had changed recently so we parked in the wrong one - best to check with them in advance if you are needing parking.

Duvet on bed was way too warm - for a hot summer only a sheet is needed. Please provide. Lift is too small - not much to be done abot that! Sound proofing from street was good, but could hear people walking around on floor above.

We couldn’t believe how beautiful the area was, loads of amenities and super close to all the best bits of the city. The building is gorgeous and our room was lovely, really comfortable with everything you need, including surprise biscuits! Breakfast was incredible, so much provided and the best quality too. The staff are all really friendly and helpful too so we felt well taken care of
