Location, swimming pool, rooftop bar were the highlights of our stay.

Not the best start to our stay and appreciate busy summer season but…Having to wait over an hour for our rooms due to housekeeping delays on the day of checkin and despite leaving a number to call us had to go and enquire multiple times at reception. No real apology and when eventually had the keys to our rooms…had to go back down to reception when realised the bed configuration wasn’t as requested. We were given a voucher to spend at the cafe whilst waiting for our rooms… but it was very limited on choice of drinks and I felt like I was being told off by server for only giving one voucher when we were supposed to have been given 2 vouchers by reception staff for 4 pple.

Great location, modern, clean and friendly staff. 3/4 minute walk to the city’s excellent tram system. Located next to the Cite Du Vin which is well a visit and nearby food / drink hall offering various cuisine, wine and music. Hotel itself is modern with spacious well appointed rooms and facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar & restaurant well worth a visit during evenings

Nothing to dislike as such but take mosquito repellent as I get badly bitten in our room. Partly my fault for leaving window ajar. Also take note that hotel are quite strict in removing food spot on 10.00 when breakfast ends. Ensure you’re down for breakfast in good time!

Everything was great from the first moment. Trouble-free check-in, helpful staff, beautiful, modern hotel with a clean room. Comfortable bed, nice view from the room window. Very tasty breakfast. The restaurant on the roof terrace has a wonderful view. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is out of the direct center which guarantees quiet, but public transport is close by and cheap with frequent connections to the centre. Near the hotel there are restaurants, a wine museum (La Cite du Vin) and a spectacular museum Les Bassins des Lumieres. This hotel is definitely an excellent choice.

Problem with reserving a place in the restaurant - practically every day all the places were booked and I couldn't eat in the restaurant. There were no towels at the pool, only bathrobes. I had no way to dry myself after swimming. Likewise, the lockers in the dressing room had non-functioning locks.

Very attentive service from the reception desk, nice location very close to the Cité du Vin. Buffet breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from and they were all delicious. Parking place next to the hotel. Everything met our needs.

The menu at the bar on the rooftop could have more to offer, specially being Bordeaux a wine region, the bar could present more options of wine by the glass or even paired with food. I'm sure clients staying at the hotel would ask for that on the menu, if available. However, wines were from Italy, Argentina and not necessarily from the area. Just a suggestion.

We decided to stay here, as we had previously stayed in the city center and wanted to experience a different part of the city. Modern hotel, tastefully appointed throughout. Friendly staff. Large, clean room, comfortable bed, and great shower. Nice breakfast served in the restaurant on the top floor -- with city views. Just next door is a large food hall offering a variety of food and drink. La Cite du Vin is steps away. This wine museum is well worth a visit, especially if you do not have time to tour one of the vineyards in the vicinity of Bordeaux. The city center is a tram ride away.

Everything was perfect besides few problems at breakfast. Coffee Cups were very dirty. We had to carefully look for 1/2 that were not. It took them a long time to substitute the food. Sometimes they even forgot and we had to insist and request them to add more. Finally, It took a long time to be seated at Breakfast. The person in charge of verifying the room numbers and allocate the seat is never there. She was always playing with other staff, and making the guests wait.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Went out of their way, several times, to make us happy! Spacious room with a dangerously comfortable bed. The proximity to La Cite du Vine and the lively food hall, next door, were a great bonus. The on-property rooftop dining at "Gina" was nice. The nearby tram stop made it easy to access the downtown area (about a 10-15 minute ride).

This is a big stretch to find any issue, but the elevators/lifts smelled bad. This may have been because the hospitality staff was shuttling dirty laundry and trash around.

Extremely clean, modern hotel. Really comfortable beds, great rooftop pool and bar. Very good food in the roof top restaurant at reasonable prices. The location is excellent, right next to a brilliant food hall which offered many options for food and drink.

Only small things really. We had to ask for more coffee on the 2nd day as it hadn’t been topped up during the room clean. Also, the breakfast is either a quite expensive buffet, or a croissant downstairs, options in between these would have been appreciated

I had previously been to the roof top bar of this hotel and was not sure it was somewhere i would book for a stay. However, the room standard, staff and general facilities really wowed me and you would struggle to find such good value in Bordeaux for the standard. It is located a little out from the centre but the tram is an easy walk from the hotel and the centre of Bordeaux is only 20-25 min walk. There are also electric bikes and scooters dotted all over and there is a lot to see and do in the bassin Flotte where the hotel is located.

It is a very extensive breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. With fresh fruit juice and water flavoured with fresh fruit or green tea. A very wide range of oats and separate nuts to add to your own meal, as well as dried grapes and berries. there is a nice terrace and courtyard garden. The swimming pool is beautiful. at 150m from the tram which takes you in 5min to the lively centre. And the hotel is within walking distance of the Gironde promenade with many restaurants and beautiful views of the bridge. The hotel is not in the centre which is great for a good night's sleep. in a modern chic neighbourhood. No feeling of insecurity in the evening to walk outside.

Internet incredibly bad and if you wanted better internet you had to pay extra, for a double room at 200 euro per night this should not be allowed. We drink our coffee in the morning in the room, but we drink with milk, but the cleaning staff put no attention to the replenishment of coffee and milk. Ironing board in closet, but much too small closet for two people to hang clothes. We stayed for 7 nights. Also too little coat rack to hang coats on the door.
