We were landing quite late at Bordeaux Airport so this hotel was perfect for an overnight as you can check in at anytime. It is only a short drive from the airport and was easy to find so the location was perfect for us. Check-in was quick and easy - although there was a small queue at midnight! The room was clean and comfortable and extremely quiet, despite being so close to the motorway. Breakfast in the morning was fine and extremely good value. If we ever have a late flight again I would certainly stay here.

Perfect for our needs… easy to find, nice room, comfy bed, hot shower and no hassle. We enjoyed our stay and slept very well. The eateries on site were the service station, we wouldn’t recommend going here but would highly recommend a short walk to the grill restaurant, Courtepaille, we had a delicious evening meal here. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and departure.

Only draw back was our room was in the first floor just above we’re people drink and chat, which was a bit noisy a couple of times. The road is also noisy but we choose this hotel as it was nearest to the airport… 16 mins and we were dropping our hire car off

The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, en-suite facilities were also clean and had a very nice shower. The staff spoke very good English so no need to embarrass myself with my bad French. Superb area for dog owners to walk around.

The only thing I could say is that the breakfast didn’t feel like very good valve for money, however everything was fresh and there was enough to leave me satisfied, so for the convenience it’s not to bad.

The staff on duty when we checked in were very lovely, chatty and helpful- well spoken in English to make up for our very poor French. Very spacious rooms , nice and clean , good size bathroom, good location for motor way driving. Secure parking. Breakfast includes some tasty pastries but not much else - but for the money worth it if having coffee and juice etc We went to the grill restaurant under the bridge which was a short walk. They allowed us in with our dog and the food was basic but very tasty.

Breakfast probably could’ve had some more items - fresh fruit etc would’ve been nice.

Very convenient location (rest area on the highway to Spain). Perfect choice to rest for the night when going from Belgium to Portugal. Despite being in a rest area, the isolation of the room was very good and we couldn't hear any noise and could rest very well. Fast check in and check out. Decent breakfast starting early (6 am). Parking. Very practical.

The options for dinner are poor. During the check in, the receptionist was very talkative (he was of course trying to be nice and he was not inconvenient or nothing like that), but after a very long trip we really just wanted to get to the room and have a shower and some rest. Some people might appreciate it, though.

as per usual the staff were very friendly the room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. but once again the breakfast was amazing the choice of items you get and the value for money can't be beaten A+++

this is the first time in all my visits to this wonderful hotel that I have ever left a negative comment but I feel it must be said previously we british patrons could look forward to arriving at the hotel after a long drive to catch up on the latest news from back home and a couple english speaking channels without subtitles ( BBC1 and BBC2 ) but they are no longer sadly available on the hotels television system which feels a bit petty and I wonder if this has something to do with our old friend BREXIT.

Really handy location off the motorway. Shop and petrol station closely. Restaurant 3-5 minutes walk. Free parking at the hotel with plenty of space. Breakfast fair in clean and comfy dining room. Goid nternet in rooms. Rooms good size. We go as a stop over on every trip to Spain now.

Breakfast could be a little more extensive including a toaster (not always available,). Pillows aren't great and only 1 but bed comfy. Think will take my own spare pillow in future.

clean and up to date rooms. super friendly front desk. for French standards a big room size. directly on the highway Rest area which is a nice one with playgrounds and a lot of tables. value for price - I would say it is not great while for the region it is good. similar place nearby is similar expensive but outdated with very small rooms. so I would defiantly prefer the ace.

mattress was a bit soft for my taste. don’t take Amex. extra charge 6€ per dog.

Have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times, probably more. The staff are great (they changed staff recently as a couple of the existing members had left. I was very sad to learn they wouldn't be there any longer but the new staff are just as friendly and helpful). The hotel is in a great location when you're heading to/from Spain and/or Portugal. Good size rooms which are clean and comfortable. There's lots of parking and a reasonable restaurant across the road.

We've stayed at this hotel many times as it's in such a convenient location to break the journey when you're heading down to Spain or Portugal. There's plenty of parking, the rooms are a decent size, beds are comfy, pillows are not bad and the showers are ok. There are a couple of restaurants close by and you can get snacks at the service station. The staff are brilliant and always welcome us like old friends. We always travel with pets (it's our business) and they make as much fuss of the animals as they do of us!! Will definitely be returning.

Occasionally, depending on the room, the aircon doesn't work very well.
