Excellent motel style accommodation just off the motorway. Most rooms have parking right outside the door. Green space for exercising the dog. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Takeaway food can be delivered to your room from the local town.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. We had to sit outside with the dog on dirty chairs and tables. we stayed at another hotel in the same chain the night before and dogs were ok in the restaurant so we were surprised when we were turned away at breakfast and offered to sit outside with the dog. it may have been possible to take breakfast back to the room but we didn’t ask.

The lady on reception was excellent, she was very accommodating, going the extra mile, allowing us to store our sons medication in the fridge and even lending us her own phone charger - thank you! Rooms were very clean and functional. Really good for a one night stay on route between France and Spain.

Rooms were good but simple and functional and not a lot of space once we had the cot put in but plenty of communal areas to relax in.

Friendly staff and the cleaningness of the place. I will definitely use it again. They have a microwave at the reception door for guest to use 24hrs.

One of the doors leading to the other room was in the way. The location of the door was awkward.

Well situated hotel immediately off the A63 and very easy to find. Supermarket nearby with a filling station so fuel could be purchased for a lot less than on the motorways. Reception staff are very helpful and informative. Secured car parking with easy access and exit. Expansive gardens and grounds so children have plenty of room to play especially if they have been on a long car journey. Good breakfast.

This is a good clean economical hotel ideally located next to a main motorway route to / from the Spanish border with a 24h book-in / out system and a secure private car park. We found it to be so useful, we also stayed here on our return journey and will probably do so again on our future journeys when passing this way. Many thanks.

It was big enough for three people, the bed was comfortable.

The floor was not very clean, but the most important of all was that the place was quite noisy outside; one could hear doors slamming late at night, as well as quite early in the morning, plus people walking around during the night.

It's a motel all on the ground floor so anyone sitting outside at night can be heard by any rooms nearby . Unfortunately the 6 lads drinking beer outside till after 2200 were a bit noisy . Overall though that's the only gripe I had with my stay this time

Due to the border guard, we arrived after check-in time. But this was not a problem because the accommodation was contacted and gave me a key. The accommodation is easy to find and has a large car park. The room is clean, the kitchen / dining room is clean and hygienic. The waitress is very kind. There was a problem with the food / drink vending machine in the evening, but the next morning the staff fixed it. in the evening we didn’t get a towel (luckily we had it) but they gave it fresh the next day it’s not a minus, but it requires a little more attention

The room was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. I liked how quiet it was and the breakfast in the morning was sufficient.

There was a fault with one of the plug sockets in my room.

I like the location, just off the highway. the fact that the car is right outside your room. staff is super friendly, breakfast is super.

the water pressure is off. it could be cleaner especially under the beds. there is a soap dispenser in the shower with the bag for the soap in it, but no soap.
