Booking.com showed as restaurant being open on the Monday evening, which wasn’t the case but I think this has now been updated on info. I chose this property specifically as didn’t want to drive to get an evening meal.

Very nice, family run hotel located outside of Carcassonne. Very convenient location to explore the region. The hotel has a big, well maintained garden and an awesome pool. The children and us were sad to leave and we would like to come back sometime.

This was our first visit but certainly not going to be our last! Our host was just so lovely - very friendly & welcoming. Everywhere was extremely clean - & everyone was adhering to Covid guidelines - both staff & other guests. Our room was on the ground floor - very quiet & very comfortable bed - with a large shower room ( would be suitable for disabled guests. ) The garden was lovely - lots of tables & chairs with plenty of space between. A typically French breakfast was served at the table in the garden - very relaxed. I would also recommend the restaurant- not part of the hotel but in the grounds. Super meal there. The hotel is an ideal spot for visiting Carcassonne - about 5 - 10 minute drive away. It is definitely a place for relaxing & chilling out!

The hotel was beautifully clean and well kept with lovely gardens to relax in. The restaurant next to the hotel was wonderful. The food was superb and the owner was charming.

Beautiful hotel. Warm welcome on arrival from the owner. Decor was second to none. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great and drinks on the lawn just wonderful. Will be back. Thank you

Good breakfast, as much tea or coffee as you liked all day, not just at breakfast.

Would like kettle in room but as my previous comment, as much as you like but not in your room.

Beautifully furnished and decorated tastefully. Lovely owners, who were helpful, cheerful and great at customer service. Lovely breakfast, great choice. Lovely pool and grounds to sit and enjoy breakfast in. Perfection.

this was a beautifully renovated property with some modern touches. The extensive gardens and outdoor pool were fabulous. The restaurant is popular with locals which is a compliment to the standard of cuisine.

The only thing I didn't like was that I could only stay 2 days. Should have booked a longer stay
