the host Fabian was very helpful and accommodating. he helped us with our chains on the car, gave us some good recommendations for dinner and was always very polite and happy to chat and assist us on our stay.

there were a lot of passive aggressive notes and rules posted all over the property and rooms. as well as before arriving to the property several emails were received outlining the same rules. this is a luxury property not a student hostel and guest pay for this, we don't need to be reminded of rules with ugly passive aggressive signs plastered everywhere, its bad taste and takes from the experience.

The spa is a real treat! It’s really nice to have that after skiing. Location is just a 5 min walk into town. Clean place and would stay there again.

There are so many notices and directions and rules. But, they become confusing and you’re not given the right things to follow the rules. Stovetop is difficult to work Not enough silverware, no corkscrew Not enough coffee A flat for 4 people but set up for 2 Not enough towels given no towels in the spa No oven TV is broken Lots of rules and signs around but lacking in means to carry them out. The shouty and irritable nature of the notices just give a weird a vibe.

Amazing and genuine welcome from the host, lovely modern and stylish apartment with a view on My Blanc, the spa looked great (not used), very good bedding, 10 min walk max to Chamonix center, and... a parking! and with no extra cost! (an almost impossible feature in most place in Chamonix). We were allowed to leave our car even after checkout which allowed us to explore hasslefree (and costfree) for the rest of the day. The host goes out his way to make you happy

Maybe a slightly better equipped kitchen: more wine glasses, more cuttlery/dishes. But really, not much negative to say

Good location. Friendly manager, who looked after us well and resolved issues swiftly!

No footpath to the property, so you had to walk on the road. Some drivers are very rude and passed very close, this was dangerous especially when you have kids. Some of the patrons could not grasp the concept of parking in their designated car parking spot - which led to confusion and frustration for the rest of us.

Thank you Fabien & Adrien for the wonderful stay and your great hospitality! Room was very comfortable and we felt like home. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is only 10 min walk to the town centre, and 5 min walk from the bus stop to the ski pistes, while having a great view of the mountain peak from our balcony. Plus, we got to relax at the sauna room at the end of each day. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location - close to the middle of town but far enough away that we didn’t get all the rowdiness. The room was all we needed for the week. Fabien on reception was excellent. The sauna was amazing.

Only criticism was the poor communication from one of the other staff. Due to flight issues we ended up arriving at midnight instead of midday. We informed the hotel but the person on reception that day did not prepare us for our late arrival so when we got there, no one was around and we didn’t know what room we were in or if we could even get in. Fortunately the front door was unlocked and we tried all the rooms in the hotel until we found an unlocked one which happened to be our room. not ideal after a long trip with two kids in tow.

We loved this place, the location is just perfect and Fabien was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is just a happy chap and super helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel is clean and well maintained, we will definitely come back as soon as we can. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!

There is nothing we did not like, everything exceeded our expectations!

The location is very good, quite "far" from the center. The parking was perfect, outdoors and there was room for a large car. The apartment was very clean for being in France 😀 The guy who took care of all the apartments was very nice! We will stay there again next time, our view from the bedroom window was hugely beautiful🤩Love Chamonix

I loved view on Mt Blanc from every window. I liked location near Chamonix center (10min walk to my favorite restaurant) and dedicated parking slot, Staff is very helpful and kind. Apartment was well equipped that allows preparing breakfast. I plan to return.

Sofa was very very noisy during night. During hot days it was hard to open windows during night due to road small proximity and noise from vehicles. I did not like necessity of removing bed sheets and trush from apartment prior to leaving.

Our apartment (#7 on top floor) was very clean and comfortable. We had two Queen bedrooms, one bath and a loft with 2 single beds ( plus a pull out sofa we didn’t use). Fabien our host was amazing and ensured our stay was perfect. Very comfortable beds, beautiful views of Mt Blanc and the peaks from our windows, clean and highly functional kitchen and bath facilities. Perfect location just outside of but very walkable to Chamonix Center. right on the bus line to ski lifts with a stop just up the street in front of the rental shop we used for skis (also highly recommend Dessailloud Skis!). The hot tub and sauna facilities were immaculate and very enjoyable after a tough day skiing! Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

A few things to include in kitchen would be a cutting board and salt and pepper shakers.
