The breakfast was good and there was a very fine selection to chose from. The hotel seems a bit oldfashioned, but in reality it is very charming indeed. The spa area is top notch luxury! I had a great massage and there were many other spa options, and the staff were all magnificent, from the reception staff, who borrowed us a backpack when they noticed that we did not have one, when we were going on a small hike, and put up with our many questions in a very service minded way, to the bartender, and the cleaning- and breakfast staff. Our room on the 3rd floor had a fantastic view of the mountains, and the vast garden was so charming, both for relaxation during the day, and evening drinks. The most quiet and relaxing hotel experience I have ever had and with big mountains on each side of the hotel. Just awesome! I would love to go back some day.

Lovely location set with wonderful view from our room of Mont Blanc. Very cozy atmosphere with fantastic pool, sauna, spa area and quality gym. The breakfast was well worth the extra and had plenty of options. The bus stop is only a couple minutes walk and although there’s no on site restaurant, there’s plenty of places within a walk.

The room we had a duplex for 4 adults. Main room was a little small and the large windows during the day unfortunately needed the blinds drawn as otherwise the room would heat up too much, however that wouldn’t be a problem during the winter. The upstairs was very roomy, with its own toilet and basin.

We enjoyed the room and the terrace. The view of Mont Blanc was astounding. Good location to explore the area. Parking was very good (I used the garage). The staff was very helpful. Nearby restaurants were a short walk away and had very good food.

There was a weekend rock concert nearby that was annoying when exploring the town, although I thought the music on the second night was better than the first. Thankfully our room was on the opposite side and the room was well insulated when the outside door was closed.

The staff were excellent, the service was quietly efficient, the breakfast, which is the only real meal served, was great. A generous variety of bread, croissants, crepes, cold meats and similar items. Lovely confiture, good coffee making machine and great scrambled eggs all within a very pleasent and well organised dining room. The pool. sauna and haman were excellent, very clean and well serviced.

It would have been nice to be able to have lunch served but there was very little in the way of snacks available. The rest of the experience was so good that I am happy to overlook that issue.

The stay here exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They helped me to book reservations (and change reservations) for restaurants in town, helped me to stow my bike in the ski locker storage, booked a massage for me, and helped with the laundry machines. I did not try the breakfast spread, but the outdoor area to enjoy wine, beer, and light snacks but absolutely wonderful and the breakfast/bar staff were exceptionally kind. I also enjoyed the sauna, pool, and outdoor hot tub while there! I very much look forward to returning to stay here.

Room was beautiful and was a good size. Shower amenities are all L'Occitane which was a real delight. Breakfast is fantastic. Great location to leave for hikes if that's the reason you're in Argentiere.

There's only 1 elevator and it's very small and very slow. The hotel wasn't very full when we were there so it wasn't a big issue but I can see it becoming frustrating in high season. Chamonix is not a walking distance. You'll have to travel by car if that's the reason you're traveling.

Everything was amazing- the hotel property, THE STAFF, the breakfast, there is not a single thing that wasnt good. The staff is really helpful, i asked them a lot of queations and requested things from them and they not only helped me with everything but also did it with a smile. This hotel is an oasis in this area.

There is not a single thing that we did not like.

Location to gondala lifts is an easy couple of minutes walk. The included spa with hot tub, pool, sauna, steam and relaxation areas is amazing after skiing with optional massages for a fee. Lovely fireplace to relax by in lounge bar also with pool table. Free parking & WiFi. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. A 10min car ride to Tour Col De Balme found much easier skiing than Les Grand Montets if that's what your looking for.

Lack of local restaurant choice, we ended up at the same restaurant every night which I don't like doing, that said, food/service was great @Le Rencard(but do book, especially Fri-Sun). Hotel was very hot... everywhere, slept with our balcony door open every night which seems a waste of energy, we had no heating on in room all week. Boot heaters in ski lockers we're only just adequate, didn't work one night due to boot knocking switch off, but you cannot know as they only work briefly overnight, other guests had same issue. Overall, I'd still rate hotel 10/10 and would not hesitate returning.

We were upgraded to a room with a view of Mont Blanc which was lovely. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, balcony. Easy walk to the ski lift or the ski buses and to the various restaurants in Argentiere. Good breakfast buffet with lots of choice. We didn't use the spa and pool but they did look lovely.

There were a couple of things that might have made our stay a little more comfortable - drawing the curtains during the day so that when we returned after a day on the slopes it wasn't to an oven heated by the low spring sun and providing some milk not just creamer so we could have made a cup of tea.

Almost everything was excellent.

The only things that weere a bit not waw were the fact that the water was not too hot in the shower. However, we never actually bothered to call concierge and mention - maybe they would have been able to help. Also, I would expect to have one free bottle of water in the room as a courtesy from the house and not pay for it, but that’s something small.
