Location was great in so far as it was a 2 minute walk to the bus stops for Chamonix and Argentiere. 4 minutes to the ski lift of Les Praz/Flegere. Apartment consisted of 3 bedrooms; 2 en-suite; separate shower room and WC; large living room with open plan kitchen; balcony; dishwasher and washing machine. Facilities were excellent and there is a ski lockable room downstairs. Bath towel, hand towel and floor towels/mats provided. Bedding provided. Washing-up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablet provided. Vacuum, mop. Bring washing pods for the washing machine or ask reception for some liquid. Wonderful staff - Irena in particular. Thank you very much.

This is being picky but some hooks for hanging towels etc in the bathroom on the wall or back of the door. - there is just a heated towel radiator and some extra hangers for the wardrobes would be useful but as I say this is being picky. The apartment and hotel are lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Eden Hotel, staying on the top floor in a cosy room with comfy bed. Slept so well! Didn't try the breakfast. Les Praz is calm and quiet compared to central Chamonix, close to nice hikes and the river. Several good restaurants nearby. Easy to find public parking across the street.

No elevator. You have to be in reasonably good health to manage luggage up those steep stairs. And it's a pity that the charming dining room is not in use (restaurant closed). The train crossing right by the hotel building was somewhat disturbing at first but we got used to it. And the train doesn't run at night.

Our room was fantastic. A great view out over Chamonix from the top of the hotel, with a nice little balcony and living area, all very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations when required. The hotel bar was great, and all very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

Only very minor things. Beware for those with mobility issues that there is no elevator, only some narrow stairs. There are buses running into Chamonix itself, but when we were staying, the bus back was canceled and it was a bit of a sketchy half-hour walk back in the dark. So just bear the location in mind when planning!

The apartments were the perfect place to stay after completing Tour du Mont Blanc - comfy with lots of space to unpack, wash clothes and relax. Really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom! Location is good - about a 40 minute walk into Chamonix along a lovely riverside path, or there is a free bus from about a minute down the road that goes straight into town.

We tried to store luggage here while hiking but it was very expensive (10 euros per day) compared to other hotels which we heard offered this service for free or for much cheaper.

The staff were very kind and helpful and allowed me to leave my bags here as I climbed mountains for the weekend. Great coffee and friendly staff that made it a pleasure to come back for my daily coffee even after I stopped staying there.

All good, except I would have eaten there as a no guest if food was available but I know they had the ASICS team in and were busy with that. My room only had a sky light and no view but I was aware of this and paid accordingly so not a complaint, just an observation. :)

Beautiful property and lovely location. Just outside of Chamonix with an excellent and regular bus service into the centre of town. It is also within easy walking distance to the centre of Chamonix with a lovely walk along the river. The hotel is also right by the Le Praz-Flégère cable car, therefore a perfect location for skiing. The hotel has a cosy lounge area and outside seating all adding to a relaxing stay whatever the reason is for your trip The staff were very friendly and attentive ensuring a wonderful stay. We very much look forward to staying at Eden Hôtel again.

everything was brilliant and better than expected. we booked for a long birthday ski weekend and had a mix of advanced and beginner skiers. 10bed chalet was great. we had a car parking space in front and were allowed to check in early and check out an hour late. super grateful! chalet was in great condition and super clean. no complaints - would recommend to everyone!

it would be great if there were a few tea towels included and a hand towel for the ground floor bathroom. also the shower head in the master bedroom could use a wall mounting at head level so you are still under the water when needing to use shower gel etc.

You must catch the number 1 Chamonix bus to get to the hotel. Once there, the hotel is a 2 min walk. Hotel Eden is a beautifully decorated, historic (100-year-old) building. The staff is excellent, and we stored our luggage and enjoyed the town. Our room was on the 2nd floor (American numbering), keep in mind you must haul your luggage upstairs. There is no elevator. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was huge. Our view was excellent. I fell in love with the room. Then we had dinner downstairs, had french food and it was delicious. The service was great. They also have a bar area. Breakfast is a good mix of everything. And you get a view of the mountain.

We were upgraded to a family room, which was really appreciated. Tea-making facilities (for some reason coffee wasn't provided). Nice, elegant old building some way out of the centre but just a 2-min walk from the train station, and the main Chamonix Mont-Blanc station is just one stop away. There is also a bus stop round the corner (bus 1, also going to the centre). (ASK FOR A FREE GUEST CARD!! THIS ENTITLES YOU TO FREE BUS / TRAIN TRAVEL IN THE CHAMONIX AREA.) Taking into account the upgrade, this was good value for money as long as you don't mind being a little out of town.

I loved everything from the friendliness of your staff, the view from my room, the beautiful breakfast room, the wonderful food, and the decor was well thought out and appropriate. If I get back to your area, I will certainly stay with you again.

Truly not one suggestion comes to mind. I work in the lodging industry so I notice a lot of details that others might not. Your staff really cared about the presentation of the breakfast items and were sincerely friendly and helpful. Congratulations!
