We arrived by bicycle a little early but the friendly receptionist was happy to enquire if our room was ready. It was and there was no problem for us to book in sooner than expected. Our bicycles were well looked after by wheeling them through the lobby and into the secure carpark behind the accommodation. Everything was exceptionally clean. We did not use the little kitchenette as the aparthotel was situated conveniently to several eating places. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the centre of Cherbourg

Every thing was as expected as we have stayed here before. We always choose this accommodation as it’s within walking distance of the shops and many Restaurants.

Requested early check in and when we arrived it hadn’t been put on the system even though I had received an email saying that it was confirmed and how much it was. Also there we’re Road works outside & it would of been helpful if we had been informed before we arrived.

The apartment was in a great location, with in walking distance of many bars and restaurants and close to the ferry port. Although I had been tempted by the offer of an upgrade, our studio apartment was larger than expected and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

It would have been great to have directions to the car park in advance as the entrance was down a one-way street, but we were lucky to find a free on-street parking space. We were disappointed when we first saw the breakfast buffet as there was only one croissant and one piece of baguette left. This impression was overturned by a very helpful member of staff found us some more bread and provided freshly cooked scrambled eggs and pains au chocolate.

Reception staffs are 100% nice and helpful, and always smiling to everyone. There is enough space in the room for luggage’s. Tablewares and cooking equipment are full supplied. Hot water in bathroom is easily adjustable.

Some windows are not clean, but that’s from outside. can’t complain about this.

A brilliant find. Very comfortable accommodation, with kitchen facilities if you should need them. Staff were very helpful, storing our bikes undercover.

I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast again, it’s only a short walk across the road to the Les Eleis centre where there are plenty of places to eat. Also recommend Wok Sun for the Chinese buffet.

The location is perfect, close to all amenities, parking is secure, a perfect base for travelling.

The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, which is fine, but the mattresses kept coming apart, but it was very comfortable.

Excellent large room with kitchenette (though we did not use it). Clean and comfortable with good sized bathroom (shower only). Large TV and a sofa which was comfortable to sit on to read. Very comfortable large bed (two twin beds connected) and nice bedding. Bikes stored in car park (for small additional charge - the only such charge in our trip). Good location just back from the harbour.

Although the charge for bike parking was only 2 euros each it was unusual and arguably not really justified. We had a bit of a game getting the door to our room open and had to seek assistance - it was not clear to us that you needed to use the round handle to unlock (and indeed to lock) the door despite the receptionist having tried to explain to me! probably my fault .....

The room was very clean & spacious. Other than the air conditioning everything was great. The location is within a short walk to all the restaurants & bars.

There was a thermostat for air conditioning but it didn’t work. I went to reception & was told that it had to be paid for which I said I would & then was informed it wasn’t available. It was 28 degrees in the room which was very uncomfortable.

Accommodating staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, spacious room, good shower, practical kitchen with everything we needed.

The extraction fan in the kitchen was permanently on and very noisy

We had a dog friendly room,but there were a few pee stains in carpet needs cleaning more often.
