Staff, "Quintin and Matilda" were most helpful and a real credit to the hotel. Room and shower facility clean and room staff very attentive.

Room too hot, A/C not working asked for it to be fixed on first day to no avail. Hot Breakfast disappointing, Sausages looked pink raw, Beans watery, no fried eggs or bacon, cold fare was fine. Hardly slept due to the heat in room, non cotton bed linen, and street/partying noise until after 5.00am. Ear plugs were supplied which will help if windows closed. Parking in hotel car park an advantage but charged €8.00 day for the option.

Very close to the centre. Coffee machine in the room. Helpful friendly staff. Receptionist very patiently explaining parking. They probably have to do this many times a shift

Advertised as having parking but just a small garage, had to park in the bowling bowl down the road. Access by road is difficult, and Google maps tried to send me down a road with an automatic bollard blocking it. I had to go 3 sides of a square to ge there. Turn left at the hotel entrance to access the garage.

Very welcoming, very convenient location, everything worked, staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. Room itself had everything necessary although it was a little compact. To be fair it was more than adequate for my needs on this occasion and for the cost and the location it was very good value. Very efficient check-in/check-out. I would stay again.

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and a large Carrefour a short drive away - ideal for an overnight stay before the ferry back to UK. The staff were super helpful and responsive in reserving a car park space and providing directions to the hotel. Would stay again!!

Great hotel in the heart of Cherbourg. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable, with a big bathroom, the area is very quiet. Staff is very nice, breakfast is good. You get also a discount for the Cité de la mer. Would definitely come back!

Very nice room, friendly helpful staff, everything spotlessly clean. Very good location, close to restaurants and just a few minutes from the ferry terminal.

Only one minor point: the bed was very close to the wall on the left, making it a little difficult to get in and out, especially if you have a bad back! Otherwise, excellent.

it was a good hotel in a good location near restaurants, bars and 10mins from the ferry port. Staff were friendly and for us spoke English, place was very clean and a great breakfast. Also parking spaces available which is a bonus in an area near the port/centre.

It was a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning with people leaving night clubs, bars etc.

Having lost my previously parked car in Cherbourg I appreciated the receptionist’s sensible handling of situation and fellow guest volunteering to help.

Thought I had booked garage parking with my booking so just be something unclear

Staff very helpful and very accommodating and very happy, problem with first room but no problem to change, breakfast great. Good place to stop

Street noise late at night

Superb service. 24/7 manned reception. Helped return lost luggage to home address.

Parking is small so don't bring your biggest SUV. Some rooms are quite small.
