Hotel has a good location that you can easily arrive Metro ( Marie de Clichy, Porte de Clichy ) and train ( Gare de Clichy Levallois ) stations by short walking. Bus stop ( Chance Milly ) is also near the property. Bus number 341 takes you to Pt. de Clignancourt or Arc de Triomphe. Hotel to Av. Champs Elysees is about 15 min. with no traffic by bus. Its approximately 1 hour to Orly Airport and 1 and a half to Charles De Gaulle Airport. Shortly, location is good enough for transportation compared to your budget. Rooms are clean and neat. Hot water was as it is supposed to. Room has a kitchen with an oven, microwave and a small fridge which is enough. Unfortunately I forgot taking photos of the room. The bed was really really comfortable which i cannot sleep as good as in my house. Staff was totally kind, helpful and smiling. Wi-Fi has an extremely good signal power and fast enough to watch a 4K movie. The hotel was very quiet we thought nobody else is staying besides us. Price/Benefit ratio is 5 stars 👍🏼

If you stay less than a week, you gotta know that towels are not changed. It was not a problem but this is a general rule about accomodation for most of properties. Bathroom was warmer than the main room but the main room was warm enough. As an engineering suggestion; " in the bathroom, shower section must have the water inside, so the dividing glass must be two sided or closed so that the water dont touch the wooden parts. "

24hour reception, free brita filtered water in lobby, free luggage weight scale in lobby, quiet rooms, room darkening drapes. good pots and fry pans as well as place settings. clean room and comfy beds, affordable laundry on site and you dont even need detergent as the machines use the environmental soap from internal dispenser. easy to recycle everything I needed to, glass, cans, paper and batteries, all on site.

I keep returning to this same hotel, because it is great value, safe and clean. If I have to comment on anything it is that it would be helpful to have a button to open the fire door you must pass through when dragging your luggage from the elevator through to the outer reception area. The door opens inwards / towards you and that is awkward when you must step backwards and rollling your luggage.

The room itself was spacious enough, and seemed newly finished. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size, with a nice big mirror, plenty of towels and constant hot water. Although I didn't use it, I could quite easily have prepared a light meal, as there was a two-plate electric hob and a coffee machine. (I'd have liked a kettle, but then I'm English!!) However the corridor was a little dark and one section was unpainted, which didn't give a very good impression.

The receptionist on duty when I arrived was very rude in her lack of acknowledgement of the guests waiting to be seen to. She obviously had a problem with the computer system, but did not communicate this to us. We were ignored for a good 10 minutes, and when we asked specifically what the problem was, were told to wait for a moment. We waited 30 minutes before we were seen and there was only one family ahead of us. While I accept that systems can have faults, I do not accept such ignorance from front of house staff and I found her attitude rude and unacceptable. All she needed to do was apologise to everyone and show that she was sorry for the situation. However, all the other receptionists during my stay were very polite, friendly and helpful.

I'd like to thank the reception staff that welcomed us and, even though we knew that check-in was a few hours after our arrival, she managed to let us check-in earlier (depending on availability). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was fully functional and complete of its basic facilities. The location was good enough and it's a quiet area. Not too far from the city center.

Unfortunately due to work in progress in the streets, the stops of the main mode of transportation I decided to go for (bus, since I was with an elderly), were a little far (max 10 mins. of walk). It took them a while to respond to one of my queries, but made up for it at check-in. The shower head height adjuster was broken.

Room was clean, staff was nice, and location is good!

On first night one of the late night staff members seemed to dodge queries regarding AC not working in the room. At first, they said they will look into it asap, then when asked about it after few hours, the same staff member seemed to act like they didn't know what I was talking about. Probably the staff member was new or only for night duty as didn't see them much in the morning. In the morning, when asked about the issue to the morning staff member, they looked into and fixed the issue asap.

Great location for our visit to Paris. Close enough to metro stations and bus stops and great to be able to leave the car in a safe and secure car park. Good breakfasts, lovely apartment.

Entrance / exit to car park, if using it take great care especially in a British Car as there is a 90 degree corner to get out. I got a bump on the left hand side from a post when trying to get the right angle.

The room was quite spacious, simply furnished and comfortable. The kitchenette was extremely practical and functional, with a filter coffee machine, pots and pans, cooking utensils and a fridge. The nicely laid-out bathroom was big with a great shower. Towels were good quality. We could control the air-conditioning ourselves which was brilliant. The person at reception was very polite and clear about using the key card and the door code.

Apart from the slightly battered doors and worn carpets between the reception, elevator and room areas (and these weren't a big deal), there was nothing that displeased us.

You can store your luggage before your room is ready. Room was simple and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Location is 10 minutes away from the train stations and close to cafes and supermarkets.

There was no way to enter the hotel. I was given a door code which was incorrect. I had to follow other customers inside in order to reach the front desk. I was then given the front door code once I checked in.

Air conditioning; Equipped kitchen; Quiet area; Good access to transport; Safe zone; Some supermarkets and restaurants nearby (including McDonald's). Bus access (1min walking), metro access (10 min walking), RER access (12 min walking).

Irregular shower water, too hot or too cold. Luggage stored in the breakfast room (should be in a locked room).

Spacious sleeping room and bathroom with air conditioning. Room well equipped with necessary items in the kitchen to be able to prepare meals. Elevators worked well. Available underground parking with easy access. Friendly and helpful hotel personnel.
