1. Room service was excellent you can ask for it every day 2. One of the recipients I can not remember her name ..... she helped me on my second day to change my room ... big thanks to her. 3. I felt the area was safe and there are a couple of restaurants for about 3 minutes walking. 4. Aldi is about 5 minute walking so if you stay long you can buy your needs. 5. I recommend if you plan to stay long book a Superior Double Room or Executive Double Room as the other rooms have no refrigerator 6. WIFI was excellent 7. The bathroom and bed were nice 8. A/C was fantastic 9. Metro about 8 minutes walk

1. I arrived late. the hotel door was locked and the receptionist was not there. I waited for 15 minutes at the front of the hotel until the receptionist came from outside. the situation was annoying. 2. The first night I couldn't sleep well because there was a lot of noise coming from the cars and motors in the street although I locked all the windows. My advice if you plan to stay here choose the 6th floor which is away from the noise. 3. On The last day one of the receptionists knocked my door at 12 and asked me to leave. the communication and the approach could be in a better way!

I really appreciated the hotel's stylish yet unpretentious concept, the bright colours, friendly breakfast/lounge area in the lobby and the friendly, efficient and very flexible staff, especially manger Sofiane. We were kindly assigned a room facing the back of the hotel so managed to keep the windows open all night which is not to be expected in such a busy area of the city. Do not be put off by the fact that the address is Clichy and not actually Paris; it is well connected to the city's transport system and and has the advantage of not being overrun by tourists.

I really liked everything and hope to return soon.

The location is excellent, all the city sights are only 4 km away, the highway is less than 1 km away, everything is close, the area is very quiet and safe, I recommend you try the pizza in the restaurant across the street from the hotel, the restaurant is called Bella Ciao. The hotel staff is very friendly.

On the website it is written that they have private parking, however, they only have 3 parking spaces which are occupied in 99% of cases, parking on the street is possible and from our experience they do not write fines, nor does the spider service take cars, nor do fines in other countries outside of France they are coming. City parking is available 600 m away on foot and costs 15 euros 24 hours.

The staff was amazing. They were very attentive and spoke English very well. The location was a nice little spot. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and markets. Loved the balconies. The rooms were very modern. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty, and they even had beverages from coffee to fresh squeezed orange juice, and for later, they offered beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages to purchase right from the lobby. The bus and metro were very close by.

The bed and bed sheets are very nice. I slept and rested very good. The temperature control is very good too. Bathroom is modern with walk-in shower. Nice privicy. Nice staff. Free water refill. Coffee and tea available in the room.I had good rest and felt safe. Convinence stores around and price-quality restaurants around.

It was near a budiness area and high court I believe.. needs sbout 20 min to travel to many tourist sites..and quiet after office hours..But it is ok.

The staff kindness, the breakfast, accessibility to kitchen utensils during the day was fundamental for the children

The window are dangerous for children, you cannot keep them open without any careful, since are completely accessible and there not barriers avoiding falling. The air conditioning was too much directed on the bed, thus we kept it off during the night.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and is well maintained. The rooms I stayed in were relatively spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Celine at hotel reception was always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as was the night clerk. The location of the property was great with easy access to the metro and buses. The neighbourhood is pleasant and not too busy or choked with noisy traffic. The are numerous restaurants and cafes very close that were quite decent -- as well as a couple supermarkets just a couple minutes walk from the hotel and a nearby coin-operated laundromat that was very handy. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Fantastic value all in all. Just want to give a big shout out to Celine for always being so helpful and making things easier to figure out.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Loved facilities and location, near metro. It was quite clean. Staff was helpful and hospitable. We faced water issue. There was no hot water in shower. We informed staff. It was tried to be fixed but with no luck. They offered other room to take shower and/or to move. They didn't charge us extra for 2 refreshments we took.

The water issue was quite bothering, but ok, these things might happen. The good is the way staff and manager faced the issue. A fridge is missing.

The location was amazing, the staff was beyond great. The service we received was better than I imagined it would be. We had to check out a little early but the staff was able to keep our things until we were ready to go so we did not have to carry around alllll of our belongings while we were still aight seeing. The hotel is in a quiet area so not much loud noises and a near a train station and bus

We couldn’t figure out how to work the air, the room was hot upon arrival but we just opened the windows for a few mins which was fine for the rest of the night.

All Things were alright. The staff was very friendly. For me was the hotel very good and i will stay in it again if i come back to Paris

The thing which with it I'm not really satisfied is the refrigerator.. you must go to the reception and ask the staff to give you your things from the refrigerator because there is Just one refrigerator near the reception.
