The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the family room was set up well. We all liked the Rituals soap and shower gel in the room and the selection of hot drinks. The carpark was secure too which was important to us.

The hotel was further away from the centre than I'd anticipated. My fault for not checking properly. A walk of 15 mins to the Metro and four stops on the train wasn't a hardship but after reading the reviews I expected it to be a lot closer. The breakfast was very expensive in my opinion so we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel.

The location was great. I could just drive in with my car, my family, and all the bags and I was inside the hotel in Paris. And to get to any sightseeing location I didn't have to travel for too long. A good plus is the breakfast, we really enjoyed it. Even my kid who's allergic to a lot of things was able to find food he liked. The hostess personally brought him some soya milk.

The toilet was clogged and it wasn't easy to clean it up because the plastic tool was broken and didn't fit the "hole". And in the evening it was a bit cold in the room, I couldn't get the thermostat to do anything even at the maximum.

if you are looking for a place to stay with your family during a trip in Paris look no further. Clean hotel just bit outside all the noice and fuzz of Paris but close enough to get an uber, taxi or even walk 3 to 4k walk downtown.

The only downside was that when we arrived our room was still not ready. we had to wait after a long trip to get our room ready. Very strange since we could check in from 16:00, we arrived at 17:30 and still needed to wait almost an hour. after a long day in the car you can imagine we where not amused by this unpleasant surprise. the staff did not care much about this matter. It is what it is. The spacious room made up for this

The hotel is very close to Paris, right next to the "périphérique". With a 10 minute bus ride, you are already near a train or metro station. The car park is secure and easy access. It's a good hotel for a couple of nights.

We stayed there when it was hot in Paris - like 30 degrees -. Although the French don't believe in airconditioning, it would have been great to up the power of airco for these days. Although the room had airconditioning, you can't adjust the temperature, nor can you open a window. So with 2 parents and a kid in a small room and airco at its lowest power, made us feel a bit uncomfortable. But hey, it had airco :)

Breakfast was good, the variety of food was really good. Room was spacious and bright. The mattress and bedding were exceptional, we slept like babies. The smelies were from rituals, love it.

Ventilation, cannot open the window. Very thin walls and doors. Whenever people walked through the corridor and spoke a bit louder it was as if they were literally in the room. No sink in the wc.

Nice hotel room, clean, good breakfast. Some of the personnel very nice and eager to help making one feel welcome. A better fit for car travelers, not very close to public transportation means but not very far either. Overall a good hotel and for us it was a good choice for a Paris city break.

Bathroom was too poorly lighted (too low lights, not sure what the reason) and in the room you could not open the window to get some fresh air.

Very clean and spacious room hotel. It deserve the 4 stars. The lady on the reception with Blue eyes was amazing and helpful. There is a bus number 341 just opposite the hotel that can take you directly to Charles de Gaule- Etoiles. Middle of Paris. There is a mall just next to the corner and a parc , it was very convenient and close to kill time when we had nothing else to do.

The metro was bit far for a family with a little child , we had to walk 15 to 20 mn to reach but than you can still take the tramway to there. The breakfast closes early at 9:30, we stayed 6 nights we only made it twice and both time I had to wake up my child to make it before they close. It can be extended especially that it wasnt included with the room tarifs.

The property was ok for just 2 nights

I have no clue why they have the toilet and the sink/bath separate!! it’s a very stupid thing. The staff weren’t that welcoming and the mystery city tax which they asked for upon check out! why waste people’s time? be clear about the additional fees and collect them on check in better for time saving. Finally, too expensive for their location and for the level of service!!

Very few or almost nill vegetarian food options in the hotel restaurant.

The room was big enough. The breakfast was rich and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. It was clean.

The lack of fresh air, the only way to ventilate the room was through the AC system, and it wasn't powerful enough to expel the stale air although we left it running day and night.
