Staff were very friendly and helpful, it is a beautiful hotel in a good location, breakfast was ok and had a variety of options, spa is lovely. The hotel is clean and I really liked the rooms and shower. Despite the very minor negatives, this is a great hotel and I would absolutely go back and recommend it to others as well.

We couldn't adjust our heating to blow hot, even after someone came to do it. The pool was out of service for 2 days of our stay. I woke up around 3am and went to the reception/bar and was told I could only get tap water. Also would have liked more alternative milk options as only regular and soy milk were available

Stunning hotel, loved the spa area, great to relax in after a long day of sightseeing, location was good, not right in the centre but within walking distance of sights and good close by transport links. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Couple of nice places for food and drink nearby and close to patisseries and a supermarket. Gem in Clichy! Would definitely recommend and stay again

You are a little further out but that was fine for us, we walked to Eiffel Tower and and it took about 1 hour 15 mins and there was good transport links if you don't fancy the walk Water from the shower did soak the bathroom floor but we're being picky here as we really did love the hotel and our stay!

The hotel was easy to find, and was very aesthetically pleasing to the eye with classy decor! Our room was a cosy room and it had everything we needed in there. The staff were lovely and helpful when we needed them. There were a lot of shops, restaurants and tasty food places close by which was very handy! The spa was relaxing but the pool was a little cold. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are driving into Paris and want to stay out of the Low Emissions Zone!

The swimming pool was cool on the times we went in, but overall good swimming/spa facilities! The car parking was quite hard to find as the address on Google Maps doesn't take you directly there. However, it is very close the the hotel and it is ideal for driving into Paris!

The service rendered by Mr. Tharinolm, Mrs. Jinal, and Mr. Mohamed made us feel at home. All staff were very friendly and helpful, but these three individuals helped every day during our stay. -Israel Rod

Our first room smelled like cigarettes and we are sensitive to the smell. Mr. Mohamed freshened the room with spray while they found a solution. We were able to get a different room that did not smell like cigarettes and they upgraded our stay.

Very nice, hip hotel in Clichy. Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to the metro stop. There was also parking available for €14.50 per day in a car park close to the hotel. If I visit Paris again I will definitely come back to this hotel! :)

Very comfortable rooms, silent inside, although busy street is next to. The staff was very helpful. Pool is nice and great place to relax after busy day.

Breakfast is the same every day, could have more variety during the week. It wasn’t easy to find the hotel, could’ve some some bigger indication on the Main Street.

The hotel was very good. Johan and Jinal were excellent. Nouara was great, she looked after everyone for breakfast. The area in which the hotel is situated is very good. Everything you need is all around.

Very clean, close to Metro, supermarket, health shop, bistros. Good that it has a sauna and little swimming pool. Friendly

Room.was smaller than we expected. Bed was a double..not Queen or King, so it was small for a couple.

The main areas were clean and the same goes for the room.

The balcony that the charge for is as hot as Hades in the afternoon and as it is only facing internally it is in my opinion not worth paying for.
