Apart from the location of the hotel, I especially liked how much they cared about me as a guest. Friendly, helpful, obliging, every wish was fulfilled. I didn't feel like a guest, but like a member of the family. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms had so much charm. I stayed there for 2 days and would have loved to stay longer. I was in Paris because I was doing a "bike race". For that, I needed peace and quiet above all. I got enough of that. Once again, a big thank you for that. I arrived in Neu-Breisach after 26 hours, for your information ;-). I hope I can come back to Paris soon and stay in your beautiful hotel.

The staff is phenomenal. I was travelling solo for the first time and it was my first visit in Paris. I felt so safe and comfortable, knowing i could easily turn to someone if i needed any support or help. I cannot stress it enough how geniuenly nice Élodie (the hotel manager is). It honestly made me feel like i found a friend to come back to Paris too! She graciously offered me a bigger room because I was staying there longer and was very flexible with my request of late check out.

I lIKED EVERYTHING. But to be a fair reviewer i would agree with other reviews about location, shower pressure, and thin walls. But that did not affect my experience at all. I would stay here gladly again and would recommend it to everyone i know.

The water in the douche was running quite slow. Sound isolation is hard for people that need privacy.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are so kind and welcoming, the location in the Butte-aux-Cailles is very close to a lot of bars and restaurants without being loud. The 13ème is a great place to stay if you've never been to Paris before and this is a wonderful option. It's close to Corvisart on line 6 and Place d'Italie on line 5 for the métro and then bus runs right by it. The decor of the hotel is classic and is perfect for a little Parisian get away. I would 100% stay here again.

It's hard to find anything. Breakfast has to be ordered the night before for 10€, which is a little expensive. But even that is not even a problem.

The staff is amazing. Elodie and the team has the best soft skills ever. They can make you forget you are in hotel and it seems you are in a house of someone from your family. Empathy, welcome, smiles… it’s like visit the house of your aunt or cousin. They are the best. Amazing breakfast with the best croissant. Nice bedroom with big bathroom.

Light noise on the street but it’s not so loud.

Really great hotel, not right in the city but in a lovely little street and just at the bottom there is the metro placè di Italia which takes you to whatever stop in the centre you're wanting to get to with no hassle so ideal for that. The staff are so friendly and generous and gave us great recommendation. Would definitely stay again. Great price. Room was nice, comfy bed and great view of the street

The location is good. The room was clean and calm. Even if it was in the 3rd floor without lift but was still easy to reach with my bag. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was informed that the coffee and tea are available any time. Knowing Paris, the price was good for the quality. I will definitely come back.

Great locations nice quiet and cute area with everything you could need near by. Area felt safe and had good cafes and restaurants. Not super close to any “main attractions” but near a metro. The staff was amazing, they were kind, helpful and attentive. The room was a good size and the bathroom was big and had a nice tub/shower.

Water pressure in shower wasn’t great. Pillows were flat and there was only one each ( I’m sure they would have given us other ones had we asked)
