The area of the hotel was great just a few steps away from metro station which connects you directly with the city centre. The hotel is super clean and the buffet breakfast very satisfying with a good selection of products including fresh orange juice, salty and sweet options. The stuff was really helping and always with a smile!

Despite the fact we had three great stays, I must mention that the space of the room wasn't comfortable for three persons and there was a lack of mini fridge in the room, which means it would be a bigger problem at Summer time.

Hotel Staffs were very accommodating and cordial. They can speak English so you would not have a hard time asking for directions, tips, and help with your room. Room is clean although small but clean, new sheets and towels, ample number of necessities. You cannot hear the neighbors so you can rest easy. Location/Hotel is near bus stops around 1 min walk. near supermarket and restaurants.

It's a bit expensive, for a small room, but this is a budget hotel understandable. Shower can spill in the water coming out so the toilet would be wet after you take a bath. Location is quite far from the sites, but it's a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is near bus stops so it's okay. As I have remembered I booked 2 rooms with breakfast, but when we got there the staff told me that there is no breakfast included on what I have paid. so, make sure to double check your booking.

The staff was really lovely and the bed comfortable. The location was great, it took only 30 minutes to get to the center with metro.

Unfortunately the room didn’t look at all like in the pictures. It was fine, but not what was shown. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and no proper closet. Also, we were only given one towel each (no hand towels), so we had to ask for them at the reception every day.

Everything was perfect, they gave us really quiet rooms. Air conditioner was also functioning good because it was 30 degrees outside. Ive lost my earring in the sink and the plumber got it out! The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. If i stay in Paris next time i will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very friendly staff in a non-touristical area close to a very practical metro line which gets you everywhere you want to go when you are in Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel, it is good value for money in Paris which is an incredibly expensive city. For tourists: Butte-aux-Cailles is just around the corner.

As in every single Paris hotel, the room is rather small. Breakfast is fine - but don't expect vegetables if you are used to that, though, and coffee is from a machine (but okay). Cheese, baguette, croissants, fresh fruit are all available and good!

A nice hotel, with pharmacies in front, mini Carrefour in 2 min walking distance. Very near to bus stop to return to gare de Lyon & going to Eiffel's tower. A nice concierge lady helps me to buy chocolate chaud in the late evening. Very warmly welcoming visitors. Definitely one of the best IBIS I've ever went. It just the rooms look like a buget ibis, but with higher price. Very minimum space to pray if u are muslim

An easy to find good location with a Metro station just a few minutes walk away. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was an excellent range of breakfast items in a lovely little cafe room. The reception staff were very good, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel has an excellent price/quality ratio. The staff is nice and kind. The hotel is 3 blocks away from the station of the metro line 7, which takes you directly to touristic places like the louvre.

We stayed at a 3-people room. The third bed was ok, but not super comfortable. Ok for a few nights (I mean like 3 or 4). One of the blackout curtains was broken.

Breakfast is quite good. Staff is super friendly, especially Isabella who helped us a lot during our stay. The location is perfect in the 13th district.

The room is really quite small. We were a bit shocked but it could be normal for Paris.

The staff cleaned the room every day. The bathroom is new and quite spacious in comparison with the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, maybe because we were on the last floor. The location was great, close to 2 metro lines (approx. 5 min by foot). There is a supermarket across the street and a bakery. Also a few restaurants are nearby.

The room is quite small and there is no refrigerator.
