It was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very accessible. As someone travelling from Canada, I committed the sin of forgetting my European adapter. So, I have strong appreciation for the rooms being equipped with USB ports. And, the hotel is a stone's throw away from a supermarket.

The signage on the building. It has gaudy signage indicating, "Best Hotel" and a very discreet, easy to miss sign with its actual name. The hotel is steps from the Metro, but I initially found it hard to locate because I was looking for the sign that read, "Brit Hotel".

Good value, interesting location and reception told us about a great bar. Garage parking undercover, great for motorcycles..

If you leave the room at night, just wearing boxers for example and go down to reception in the lift you can't get upstairs again due to security measures, this meant my friend spent 6 hours in the lift😆😆. To be honest this was the best thing that happened on tour. I put it here though as the 4 girls that found him were very shocked🤣🤣🤣

Location was just outside the Gambetta metro station, so perfect for travel around the city. Location is a little out of city centre but has lots of bars and restaurants around. The Reserva bar opposite is a superb evening venue with great live music. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

For the price - not much not to like.

Room was smaller than used too but suitable for our needs, it is a bedroom and bed was large and comfortable. We had breakfast on the three days and there was no problem when our grandson joined us on one of them. Everything was very clean and tidy and staff were excellent, will go back there when we visit our grandson in the future and recommend it to our son as he visits his son regularly.

Was very well run, so nothing we did not like

The hotel was clean and functional, with polite and helpful staff. Situated right next to a metro station, which has lift access. With no steps up to the property and ample space in the lift for a mobility scooter, it was ideal for my father who has difficulties walking distances.

Not in the most affluent location.

Reception staff very good. Room was larger than I expected. Hotel is better on the inside than it apears outside. Breakfast was good

The location is a good 20 min walk into the town centre and the area seems a bit run down. It seems a mainly student area with many boarded up shops.

Nice comfy bed. Small functional bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Next to the tube or 20 min walk into the old town. Local market on the square on Tuesdays. Area feels lovely and local. Underground parking available at 9 EUR per day 50 m away.

Shower is very small. Maybe a little pricey for the overall offer.

The hotel is in a great location, great bar and boulingerie across the road, the staff went out of their way to help us when we arrived extremely late. the room was a great size, comfortable bed and everything was clean.

The shower was tiny which was a struggle as a plus size traveller.

Clean room, perfect for a few nights. Conveniently located as well, friendly staff and no major complaints on the whole.

Overall quite noisy. From the bar downstairs and other occupants of the hotel. That made things a little annoying but still bearable. I guess that's something one would expect on the weekends in a touristy town.

The location is excellent. Very close from main motorway but far enough for any noise. Its in a country lane and surrounded by lovely trees and fields. The property apparently has a history of being part as a film location. This adds to the charm. The breakfast was very nice and a lot of it. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink was so cool and the bath was a welcome feature. Overall very happy with my stay and wouldn't hesitate to both come back or also warmly recommend this affordable accommodation.

The Hotel could do with some decorating and general up ceap and a tidy up in the garden apart from that it's definitely good value for money.
