The room is spacious with a small kitchen, the beds are comfortable, clean and has everything you need.

considering that I announced that I would come an hour earlier for check in, that was not fulfilled. And I think that the deposit for the room in advance is too high and that it is not right that there is no option to guarantee it with cash money. I offered cash so that it would be returned to me when I go out, but that was not an option.

Location is perfect - out of the tourist commotion of the Vieux Lille and only 10 min on foot. I liked the Nespresso machine in the room and cleanliness of the room.

Bedding is not great. Bottom sheet on the bed was too short and shifted to reveal the mattress. Comforter is very heavy, too heavy. The soap provided was ridiculously small.

I like the Nespresso machine for coffee in the room. The bed was relatively comfortable. the room and bathroom was clean. The location is perfect in the center of the student district and 10 min away from the shopping area

Bedding is fairly basic where the fitted sheets did not stay in place.

Very helpful and kind girls at the reception. My train was late and they did everything to get me to the room at the night without any problems even though the reception was closed. Thanks a lot! Apartmant was large and nice, bed comfortable. A little bit out of centre, but in a quiet neighborhood. I shall come again, don't spoil yourself.

Good location walking distance from centre and quiet. Comfortable bed, good shower and all clean.

Weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm when there was then a queue and hadn’t checked the rooms were ready so a bit of an annoying delay. Due to rugby World Cup room was very expensive and clearly would be a lot better value at other times!

It's been nearly 5 years since I last stayed at this Residhotel, and It's not changed. Very welcoming reception by staff and our room was clean and comfortable. Secure parking is available and given the location being near to the centre, we walked wherever we needed to visit. It's nice to have the small kitchenette available within the room, as it gives you options and doesn't tie you down to eating out or paying for breakfast at the hotel.

I knew what was expected when we booked, so be advised if you are in one of the rooms over the court yard, the sound reverberates and could be a nuisance if you leave the window open. Breakfast is self-service and a pretty basic continental, don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed (there limited options of cheese and NO meats. The bread and croissants were very tasty! :)

It was very nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, the location was nice, and the staff were very friendly.

The glasses were dirty when we arrived, so we had to clean them before use, there were a few scuffs on walls around the hotel, but none of these should effect your stay, everything else was very nice.

We went in August the week before uni and colleges started back, which we didn't know, so there were lots of late night parties in the apartments around the hotel. It was very hot and with no air conditioning we needed the windows open so with the parties and the heat night time was quite uncomfortable and sleeping wasn't easy.

Plenty of space for 5 of us. Comfy beds and private parking . Friendly staff.

Bed sheets were stained. No good having white sheets if they don't come clean in the wash . You could tell they had been washed but had dirt and dried blood on 2 of them. Room needed a paint job. Lift wasn't working to 3rd floor. Good job we were tall otherwise microwave/oven would need a chair to stand on to reach.

Bed is really comfortable, the curtains block daylight and termoisolation works well. Staff in the reception is very polite and helpful - they accepted storaging our suitcasesafter check-out. The hotel also has got good wi-fi and it's in a very nice location. City centre can be reached in 15 minutes walking and there's a bus stop right in front of the building :)

The room looked like wider in the photos. Kitchen is really basic, so don't count on it for cooking very complex dishes. Sound isolation could also be better.
